Nearly all the charts claim that Seal Six occurs 3 1/2 to 7 years before Christ comes.

Many expand the “Hour of Trial” to 7 years of tribulation instead of being an hour. They believe Seal Six signals a 7-Year-Day as the Hour of God’s wrath. The usual setup envisions 7 Seals completed before 7 Trumpets and 7 Trumpets completed before the 7 Plagues of God’s anger. (Rev.15:1; Rev.16:1 have “anger” in the Greek text).

I think the calamities of Seal 6 occur on the same day as the Tribunal of Seal 7 but just before the 7^th Trumpet reveals that “God’s wrath has come.” We need to consider why the terrible calamities of Trump 6 (when armies kill a third of mankind) and of Plague 6 (they gather to Armageddon) occur before a voice out of the Temple from the throne decrees: “It is Done” (meaning the End has Come). The Lamb opens Seal 6 to signal the Day of Wrath has come. On the same day, upon climaxing 15 of its 22 major events, the 7^th angel proclaims: “God’s wrath has come.”  Rev.11:18. 

Seal 6 and Trump 7 occur on the same day because some Saints will be martyred by the Beast until that trumpet is about to sound that "God's wrath has come." God waits until the last martyr before avenging their blood. While armies are gathered to Armageddon in the 6^th Plague, the final martyrs will join those coming out from under the Altar of the 5^th Seal. God will hear their prayers in the 7^th Seal. They and the Two Witnesses must attend the Tribunal of Seal 7. The last martyrs are killed in Jerusalem during the (3½) days before the 7^th Trumpet sounds. Mark 9:1; Rev.12:10-11; Rev.10:6-7; Rev.11:7-11.

Seal 6 occurs on a single 12-Hour Day when all who repent will be kept alive and all who refuse to repent will perish. It is a Day of Deliverance as well as Destruction. During the final 3½ days, while martyrs wait to be raised up on the last day, “time is no longer” (some die after the 1260-day countdown according to Mark 9:1). Men hide in the hills and the 7^th Trumpet is “about to sound.” Rev.10:6-7. On a day unknown in advance, the Lamb will open Seal 6 to signal the Day of God’s wrath has come. Within six hours, from noon to twilight, 22 major events are fulfilled. The wine of God’s Cup of anger and wrath pours out on all who refuse to repent. From the Hour of Trial all believers and all who repent will be rescued. Luke 21:35-36; Rev.3:10-11; Joel 2:32. 

The primary proof for a single day is that, apart from Seal 6 and the raising up of the Two Witnesses, there is no global sign in Revelation of the Day having come when “every eye sees Him, the tribes of earth mourn and many are rescued.” Matt.24:29-30; Mark 13:24-27; Rev.6:12-17; Rev.1:7; Joel 2:32. No believer is appointed to His wrath and all unbelievers who plead for mercy will be “kept alive.” God will abundantly pardon. Luke 17:33; Isa.55:7-11. It is enough to suffer great tribulation while many are either “purged or purified and refined.” Dan.12:10-11; Rev.12:10-11.

Six Trumpets and Six Plagues precede the opening of Seal Six. The effects of Seal Six continue during the 7^th Seal and 7^th Trumpet (while the 7th Plague remains suspended in the air). During the 7^th Seal the evidence from six Trumpet judgments are openly displayed. The 7^th Plague also remains suspended in midair during the Temple Drama in heaven. The martyrs will have sung the song of Moses that the plagues had exhausted God’s patience. The 7^th Plague continues in suspension during the Court Trial of Seal 7 and Christ’s Coronation in Trump 7. Voices, flashes of lightning, peals of thunder and a great quake occur after Seal 7 and Trump 7 and greatly intensify as the 7^th Plague implodes...with the Cup of God's anger and wrath. Rev.8:5; Rev.11:19; Rev.16:18.

Saints remain in heaven during the 7^th Seal,  7^th Trumpet and Heaven's Final Scene of rejoicing. The six trumpet judgments described after a half hour’s trial in the Court of Seal 7 (Dan. 7) are the basis for the verdict of guilt. That Day, terrible for the wicked, triumphant for Saints, involves the raising up and physical gathering of all believers coming with Jesus to be “judged and rewarded” by Him as He promised. Rev.11:18; Matt.16:27; Zech.14:5; I Thess.3:13; Rev.17:14; Rev.22:12.

The “countdown-time” of 1260 days ends as the Two Prophets die. The unknown last day follows with the 7^th Trumpet “about to sound”…for Time (not “delay”) shall no longer” be subject to a countdown. Rev.10:6-7. These Two Prophets are among all the Saints “coming out of great tribulation to praise God and the Lamb” after Seal 6 opens but before Seal 7’s Tribunal!

Resurrected in an hour before other tribulation martyrs, these two arise from death and go up to heaven on the Lastday...during the 6th Seal. The 7^th Plague must empty in midair before “anyone enters heaven’s Temple” on that Day to praise God and the Lamb. Rev.15:8. The Two Witnesses attest to the prayers of the Saints at Seal 7’s Trial and the hour of wrath comes at the 7^th Trumpet.

Surviving Tribulation Saints "endure and overcome to the end until they are gathered together above. Paul calls the meeting place a "Synagogue" in the sky. All the Saints, the "called, elect and faithful," must meet the Lord on the Day of the Lord in order to come with Him. Matt.24:13; Rev.2:26; 2 Thess.1:10; 2 Thess.2:1-2; I Thess.3:13; Rev.17:14.

During this 12-Hour Day, while the 7^th Plague suspends in midair, 15 of the Lastday’s 22 major events occur before Christ appears. The Hour of Trial ensues after the initial signs in the sun, moon and stars. Luke 21:25-35. Since all the saints appear with Jesus, "He will raise up all believers on the last day." John 6:38-40.

Today the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Palestine further the cause of the White Horseman of Seal One and lay the groundwork for religious leaders to compromise their beliefs for the sake of peace and the continued supply of oil and trading goods to a dependant world. The leader of this effort, Mystery Babylon, will be history’s greatest economic force at the expense of compromising our basic religious principles. God’s judgment will bring mankind under control of the Evil Trio. They are Satan, the Beast and the False Prophet. Rev.16:13.

This subject is important now that we are near the End of the Age. For 500 years, since the Reformation, theologians have denied that God will repent and forgive unbelievers who call on the Lord on the last day. But when that Day arrives “as a thief,” I believe they will reconsider His purpose. Peter and Paul reveal that God will not delay His return and has set the day to judge the world. “He doesn’t want any to perish so he will give more time (1000 years) for everyone to repent.” 2 Pet. 3:9. Thirty reasons why signs in the sun, moon and stars signal the second coming:

1. Seal Six opens “after the great tribulation.” Matt.24:29; Mark 13:24-27
2. It signifies the unknown day has come, the very day the 7^th Trumpet sounds.
3. These signs must occur on the day/night of a full moon. Rev.6:12; NASB; NIV.
4. The signs continue from noon to twilight of that Day. Amos 8:9; Zech.14:7
5. Seven classes of men are hiding in the hills from invading Armageddons. Rev.6:15
