ABOMINATION - Jesus, Daniel and Paul gave us the first universal sign to identify the Endtime. Jesus said: "When you see the Abomination spoken of by Daniel ... then shall be great tribulation” (Dan. 12:1) which lasts for 3½ years; Dan.7:25, Dan.12:7, Rev.12:14. This tribulation is the "greatest since creation and greater than any that will ever happen." So it could not refer to AD 70. Matt.24:15,29. The great tribulation includes the killing of a "third of mankind at an appointed year, month, day and hour." Rev.9:15.

The Generation (see below) of believers that "sees the Abomination standing in the Temple" will "know the end is near” before Israel as a nation knows their Redemption and Kingdom are Near." Matt.24:33, Luke 21:28,31. Only they Jews must "beg to be able to escape all these things being about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man ... when He actually appears. Luke 21:36 "About" in the present tense applies to the day Christ comes. The Present Tense of "Mello" is used in Matthew and Revelation of the Elect "knowing the End is Near" and, in Luke, of the Jews "knowing their Redemption and Kingdom are Near." The 144,000 Jews are among the Elect. The Lamb rescues them from Mt. Zion. "Purchased from earth," He takes them "before the throne" in heaven at the beginning of the hour in which all Israel will see Christ coming in the clouds.

ABOUT TO COME - Christ’s return has been near since His ascension from God’s perspective of time. Matt.24:27, Rev.12:5. This key phrase places Christ's return as "known to be near" for the Elect who "begin to watch" in earnest at the Abomination in the Temple. Jews 42 months later will "look up and stand erect when they "see the Son of Man coming with all the Saints. He urges them to "beg to stand before the Son of Man." Luke 21:36. They see Him bringing the Saints with Him to "give the Kingdom to the people of the Saints."Dan.7:22-27. "The Elect" are not deceived by "The Lie" when the Abomination stands in the Temple. 2 Thess.2:11. When Jesus said "you will know your redemption ... and God's Kingdom are near," He had Jews in mind who "mourn when they see the Elect gathered together above." Matt.24:30,31, Luke 21:25-28,31.

ABOUT TO HAPPEN - Greek word for "about" occurs over 100 times in Greek in the present tense, but only five times in the KJV where it refers to future events instead of Endtime events. It indicates what is "about to occur." Matt.16:27. Jesus employed "mello" in the present tense except for Matt.24:6 where it applies to future wars. That which is Near relates specific signs to God's purpose at the "kairos" Endtime, not to “chronos time.” Observation Three, Hermeneutics

ACHRI - This terminal particle occurs ten times in Revelation. It has the force of a future perfect. Believers are to overcome until (achri) the End ... Rev.2:25,26; for Christ is "about (mello, present tense ... Rev.12:5) to come." This command involves the Church to the End of the Age.

ALREADY, NOT YET - A recently "coined phrase" that fails to explain the so-called "tension" between Christ being "about to come" and "knowing God's earthly Kingdom is Near." The tension vanishes by knowing it applies to us only during the Endtime until Christ appears. This theory seeks to explain the concept of a deferred Kingdom. Christ did not offer the literal Kingdom to the Jews. It came in a spiritual sense. It is yet to come in a material sense but will be manifested in real Power for 3½ years. Rev.12:10,14. It was never postponed, for Jesus taught of His going to "receive the Kingdom, then of coming to destroy His enemies." Luke 19:11-44. That is why He spoke of being "about to come in glory." Matt.16:27, Greek. The "generation that sees all these things happening" applies to believers who will "not taste death by any means until they see God's Kingdom coming in power" through the Two Prophets. That is the period during which Jesus said we will "know the End is Near." Rev.11:3-11; Matt.16:28, Matt.24:33. See KINGDOM

ALTAR - God avenges the souls of the martyrs waiting beneath the golden altar (and raises their bodies) only after the last one is killed. Rev.6:9-11. This singularly points to the Day of His wrath ... the Lastday. Jesus raises every/all believers on the last day, "gathering the Elect above in the days after tribulation." There is no resurrection until the day Christ comes for all the Saints. John 6:38-40, Mark 13:24,27, I Cor.15:51,52. "We shall all be changed ... at the same moment."

AMILLENNIALISM (See Millennium)

Amillennialists believe the first resurrection in Rev.20 is not the resurrection which takes place at Christ's coming. It is a spiritual resurrection whether it is those who have already died, who reign with Christ from heaven, or those who are still alive and reign as Christ's ambassadors here on earth.

This teaching denies the belief in a literal 1000-year reign of Christ on the earth over all nations. It is based on interpreting "The Resurrection; The First Resurrection" of Rev.20:5 as referring to a spiritual rebirth. This view fails to apply the 1000-year reign to those who had been "beheaded for Christ." Rev.20:4. It claims the renewal of life applies only to their souls. For if it is allowed to refer to their bodies, the 1000 years could not begin until all the martyrs are killed and God avenges their blood. Rev.6:9-11. The martyrs would each individually begin to "serve God day and night as pillars in the Temple" from the moment of their spiritual salvation rather than from the moment they all "come out of the great tribulation" on the Lastday. Rev.3:12; Rev.7:15.

This 1000-year reign concerns the martyrs for Christ. Their reward is to "serve God as pillars in heaven's temple day and night," a reality that could not accrue if the New Jerusalem comes down out of heaven when Christ returns to resurrect the dead. For there will be no day nor night nor even a temple in the New Jerusalem. Rev.21:22-25. Amillers cannot find a reference to the fact or timing of the bodily resurrection in Revelation because they assume "the resurrection; the first" is another reference to our spiritual rebirth prior to the bodily resurrection. One of their proof-texts is Acts 26:23 where Christ is "a first among the dead to be raised." To liken this to the rebirth of the souls of the martyrs is to identify Christ as one whose rebirth becomes the first among many. Since "a first resurrection among the dead" in Acts 26;23 is physical, "the first resurrection of the dead" in Rev.20:4,5 is physical, not spiritual. That resurrection cannot occur until Christ comes in glory!

Since the "second death" clearly involves the bodily resurrection of the "rest of the dead" (rather than a new birth of spiritual life), how can Amillers claim the renewal of life is not a physical resurrection of those who have been "beheaded" as verse four states? May they compare apples with oranges as the saying goes?

In order to affirm "the resurrection, the first," Amillers must deny that "the resurrection" can even be considered as a possible reference to the body only (article "the" appears for each of these two words in Rev.20:5, but no article appears in John 5:28 for "an hour" and none in 5:29 for "a resurrection to life." Therefore, Jesus could have two separate "hours" and two separate "resurrections" in mind.)

Why is the Millennium mentioned only in Revelation 20? Because, the reward is exclusively won by those who give their lives up physically for Christ until the Lastday! They alone win the reward of Rev.3:12 to "serve God as pillars in heaven's Temple day and night." Surviving believers will reign on earth over the nations with a "rod of iron"! Rev.2:26,27.

The Martyrs must serve God "day and night in the temple" before the New Jerusalem comes down from heaven because there will be "no night, no day and no temple" in that City. Yet they are given the name of that City and obtain the blessings of that City 1000 years before the nations can enter that City after the Sheep and Goat nations are separated at the end of the Millennium! Rev.7:15-17.

The "rest of the dead do not live until the 1000 years should be finished." (The living again of the martyrs is aorist indicative. That of the rest of the dead, at which "the 1000 years should yet be finished,"  is aorist subjunctive and therefore subsequent to the first physical resurrection.) As the "second death"  includes a bodily resurrection of all those not written in the Book of Life, so the "first resurrection" includes the martyrs of the Endtime who have yet to receive their reward of "serving God in the temple day and night prior to all believers serving God in the Temple." Rev.21:3; Rev.22:3. No believer will ever die during the Millennium! See "Nations" for those who inherit an eternal kingdom afterward.

These Martyrs come out of the great tribulation just before Christ returns. Their reward for 1000 years is future to the time that all of their blood can be avenged at once when Christ appears. Therefore "the resurrection, the first" occurs as they receive their glorified bodies. The reward for 1000 years is that of "serving God as pillars in heaven's temple day and night while the Lamb shepherds them." Rev.3:12; Rev.7:15-17. Serving God in heaven is the Martyrs' exclusive reward. Surviving Saints will reign on the earth for 1000 years. Rev.2:26,27; Rev.5:10. See END.

ANGELS - Jesus raises the "Elect from earth to heaven ... in the days after the great tribulation." Mark 13:24,27 (3rd Person singular). He sends the angels and "they gather (3rd Person plural) the Elect from all extremities of the heavens." Matt.24:31. Luke omits angels gathering the Elect since Jews will "know the Day of the Lord has come and their Kingdom is Near when they see all the Saints, including the dead in Christ, after they appear with the Son of Man." Dan.7:13,27, Zech.12:10, Zech.14:1-7, I Thess.3:13, I Thess.4:13, Luke 21:25-31, Rev.1:7.

ANGER - God's anger is "long"... patient, but temporary. A single day for Him compares with a 1000 years for us. His wrath is short ... impatient, but eternal in its consequences. His anger fills the Cup of Wrath on the last solar day of this age. Deliverance/ Destruction occur on that Day. It is the only day in which His anger and wrath are combined. Endtime wrath prior to that day is a misnomer! The New Jerusalem Bible (Doubleday Pub.) and Interlinear Greek-English New Testaments show "the Plagues exhaust God's anger" instead of "completing God's wrath" See Baker Book House, George Berry's 1897 translation of the KJV; or Zondervan's Parallel NT with Alford Marshall's Greek-English translation since 1958. See Finished and GOD’S WRATH

ANY-MOMENT RAPTURE - See Imminent, DAY OF LORD. Observation 2,3

APOSTASY - The restrainer of 2 Thess.2:7 existed in Rome's rule of law, the "iron" of Democracy in Daniel's Image. The restraining force passed on through the extension of Roman law and jurisprudence. Democracy is being expanded as the White Horse Rider prepares for Babylon the Great. His victorious march (vital to the restraint against evil) has been operative since the defeat of Japan by the Bomb. From 1945 to 1989 the cold war was evidence that the bomb represented a MAD deterrent against total destruction (Mutually Avoidable rather than Mutually Assured)! This Pre-Endtime force for human rights holds back forces of evil until God judges Great Babylon for incorporating elements of a lawless System. The Iron of Daniel's Image mixed with Clay in "the seed of men" fails to cling together in the feet and toes. Dan.2:40-44.

Because of technology, modern forces enable Democracy to hold sway until Daniel's midweek when the Beast, under Great Babylon, is "wounded" to death. The network System remains ... the Beast is "healed." The "falling away" from God's laws weakens the force to restrain evil and also the will to restrict men with evil designs. The Democracies will be infiltrated by the clay of subversive forces. Ten Kings will destroy Babylon, confiscate the System, control world oil supply and, with God's approval will support Antichrist. Rev.17:17. Babylon, a City, creates a global System during the Pre-Endtime that includes all nations and peoples under her administrative rule as the 7th Kingdom. See Beast, Wounded, Ten Kings. BABYLON

APOSTLE JOHN - The Apostle is uniquely qualified to be one of the Two Prophets. He understands the Mission Mandate given by Jesus concerning God's Kingdom Power. Read the nine reasons for this Mandate being hidden from the Church. Read Two Prophets, APOSTLE

ARK OF COVENANT - The Ark will not be seen until the last Plague empties and the smoke clears from heaven's Temple on the Lastday. Rev.15:8. Christ is first crowned King of kings. After the Son of Man reaps the wicked to the Winepress in great anger, and having rescued the 144,000 Jews ("Firstfruits to God and the Lamb") from Mt. Zion, He takes them to sing before God. They come with Him on the clouds and present Him to the Ancient of Days. Rev.14:1-4, 14-19, Dan.7:13. In Act Three of the Temple Drama, He is crowned with many crowns and the Ark appears in the open Temple." I believe the Priestly Tribe of 12,000 will bring the Ark to earth for the Millennial Temple of Ezek.40-48. Rev.11:15-19. OVERVIEW.

BABYLON THE GREAT - The City and global System administer the first phase of final Gentile world government until mid-point of Daniel's Week #70. Ten Kings destroy her by fire in one hour (Rev.17:15 to 18:19) and confiscate the System. Satan "heals" the symbolic wound and "personifies" the Beast as the Antichrist System continues for 3½ years until the nations' cities fall by world-quakes. Rev.16:18-21, Rev.18:20-24). APOSTASY

BEAST OF DANIEL - Daniel's Beast has the same Ten Horns as the Beast of Revelation. Its "little horn" becomes the personified Beast of Rev.13:3 and Rev.18:8 when personified as the 8th King. In the 7th World Power, before it is "wounded and healed," the Iron of Democracy prevails over evil forces. Babylonian Mysteries, at work since Paul's day, eventuate in a Pre-Endtime rule of Great Babylon. God hates the System. The Beast is "wounded" as Ten Kings "hate and destroy the City." Satan "heals the Beast" symbolically but inspires the Beast literally with a demon from the Abyss. The 7th head is "personified" as the Beast which "devours the whole earth." Dan.7:23.

BEAST OF REVELATION - Only in the second phase of its 7th head is the Beast "healed" to represent a human called Antichrist. During its first phase, the symbolic beast gives world power to Babylon the Great. The Antichrist exists as a mere human, the 11th king of Daniel's image, until Ten Kings destroy Babylon. He is not assassinated, nor resurrected. The wound affects the Beast of world power. The Sea-Beast is wounded since Babylon no longer rules. One of her seats is the Beast in the Wilderness. When the Ten Kings destroy her, the Beast from the Abyss takes her place as well as that of the Sea-Beast and Wilderness Beast. Only then does it become a human, without ten horns or seven heads. It had been "wounded and healed." The Ten Horns are personified just as the Beast is personified. As a human, he comes "out of the 7th world empire and is called the 8th king." Rev.17:11.

BIBLICAL TIME - Daniel's prophecy is based on "seventy sevens" of 84 thirty-day months (7x12=84 x30=2520 Days for each cycle of 70 Sevens). There are 2520 days in each seven-year period (360x7; 84x30). Sixty-nine prophetic sevens (7x69=483 years or 5796 thirty-day months) were fulfilled in sixty-eight sevens on a solar calendar. It was 476 years (7x68) from BC 445 to AD 32 (476 % 7=68 sevens). Biblical prophetic fulfillment was cut short by 21 days in the final month of Daniel's "69th Seven." Solar time of 476 years or 68 solar sevens allowed only 173,859 days (476x365.25=173,859. The Biblical count called for 483x360 or 173,880 days).

The 68 solar sevens was three weeks short of 69 prophetic sevens (69x7x360=173,880 days). The shortage of 21 days forced the prophecy to be fulfilled on Palm Sunday, Nisan 9, three weeks before the 69th Anniversary Date of the Decree allowing Nehemiah to restore Jerusalem. Neh.2:1. That Decree was given on Nisan 30, BC 445. The 69th occurrence of Passover on Friday, Nisan 14, is the basis for the 70 Sevens. Passover fell on a Friday only once every seven years!

This is the unique evidence showing why Jesus "knew on this Day" (Luke 19:42) that it was the appointed time to fulfill Zech.9:9 and Lev.23:5 ... riding into Jerusalem as Messiah the Prince to fulfill Dan.9:26 on Palm Sunday. And hailed as King, but crucified (five days) "after" that appointed day on Nisan 14. No wonder He "wept." See DANIEL and "Times and Seasons." SEVENTY for the final countdown ... the 70th Seven.

BIRTH of Christ - See Chart of Christ's Birth under Prepare.

Ernest Martin determined that Christ was born Sept.11, BC 3 on the Gregorian (Julian) Calendar and Tishri 1, BC 2 on the Hebrew Calendar. Sept. 11 on the Julian Calendar was the start of BC 2 on the Hebrew Calendar. The two come into sync so that in the Spring of BC 2 on both calendars Jesus was ½ year old.

So in the fall of BC 2 He was One year old no matter which calendar was used. He was Two in the fall of BC 1 and Three in the fall of AD 1. (No "0" year; so from BC 1 to AD 1 was one year). By adding 27 years, He was 30 in the fall of AD 28. Then, after 3½ years of ministry, He died in the spring of 32 AD at 33½ years.

CATALYSTS - Five events launch the Endtime: Satan cast from heaven; Great Babylon destroyed by fire; Ten Kings give power to Antichrist; Antichrist breaks Mideast Covenant; Two Prophets manifest God's Kingdom Power and feed a remnant in the desert for 1260 days. The five Catalysts launch the Endtime of 3½ years or 1260 days or 42 months. ENDTIME

CENTERPIECE - "Click" on 12 Hours for 100 verses in Revelation describing 22 major Lastday events. Armies from the East set the stage for The Sign of the Day of the Lord. As Armageddons threaten the existence of Israel, that sign occurs. Seven classes of mankind will be hiding in the mountains from these armies as the Seventh Angel empties the Last Plague out of his Bowl. A Decree out of the Temple, "It is Done," signals the Lamb to open Seal Six. It warns of impending wrath while the Last Plague suspends in mid-air during the Three-Act Temple Drama. The Plague implodes its contents as the Drama ends with Trump Seven. God "remembers" Babylon in His Wrath. The Cup of Anger and Wrath launches the "Hour to Test" all mankind. The "Hour to Reap" and the Three-Act Temple Drama take place first ... to judge the wicked, to announce "God's wrath has come because the appointed (kairos) time has come to judge and reward the Saints." Rev.11:18.

The souls of all the Martyrs, having come out of the great tribulation, and the 144,000 Jews, having been redeemed from earth shortly after The Sign of Seal Six, must sing two songs before God to trigger the "Hour" for the Temple Drama with its Testimony, Tribunal and Triumph. The Lamb first rescues the 144,000 "Firstfruit" from Mt. Zion and the Son of Man reaps the wicked Armageddons to the "Winepress of God's great anger." The reaping precedes the Temple Drama and Hour of Judgment or the Hour of Testing. The Martyrs include Jewish and Gentile believers. The 144,000 Jews are sealed immediately after The Sign as the "Firstfruit unto God and the Lamb" of all surviving Saints who will be rescued on this same Day. The Firstfruit are rescued first. The dead in Christ rise up "in their own order: Christ, the Firstfruit of the dead, then the rest of the dead at His Presence." Rev.7:1-8, Rev.14:1-4, I Cor.15:20,23.

The 144,000, rescued on Mt. Zion, accompany the Lamb to heaven and join the Martyrs in one of two songs. The souls of the Two Prophets are among the Martyrs singing the Song of Moses. The 144,000 sing the Song of the Lamb which only they will have learned. The Sign of that Day begins with a "great quake" and the Two Prophets, after joining the martyrs to sing the Song of Moses, rise up bodily "in the same Hour." In that Hour the Lamb rescues the 144,000, reaps the wicked to the Winepress in great anger and all the Saints in heaven join in Testimony, praising God and the Lamb.

The Holocaust of Trump Six has "passed by, time is no longer and the mystery of God is finished" (up to 3 days) before God's voice "comes out of the Temple saying: 'It is Done.'" When the Two Prophets rise up to heaven, the 7th Trumpet is "about to sound that God's wrath has come." The Last Plague (having been suspended in midair during both the Outer and Middle Concentric Paths of the Lastday) suddenly implodes after the Three-Act Temple Drama and "God remembers Babylon." Rev.11:14, Rev.10:6,7, Rev.16:18. Our Centerpiece outlines these Paths and shows all the Saints praising God and the Lamb by name in the drama of Act One, hearing the verdict against the wicked (Seal 7; Daniel 7) in Act Two, and observing Christ being crowned with many crowns as King of kings (Trump 7) in Act Three. Immediately the final scenes in heaven occur from Rev.18:20 to Rev.19:10.  See Concentric Paths and Finished. Go to Centerpiece

CHRONOLOGY - Revelation doesn't always present events chronologically. See Flashbacks and Two Prophets below. OVERVIEW, ENDTIME

CHURCH - Body of Believers since Pentecost. Church is a part of God's Family in Eph.2:19. See "New Building." Mystery of Church. Mystery of Christ. Saints of Old and New Covenants "grow as one Building unto a Holy Temple of the Lord." The Bride of the Lamb will inhabit the New Jerusalem forever. Those nations who inhabit the Kingdom on earth after the Millennium will bring their glory into the New Jerusalem but, unlike the Bride, must eat of the leaves and fruit of the Tree of Life for "healing." Rev.21:2,9 (Bride); Rev.21:24,26; Rev.22:2,14 (Sheep Nations enter the City for continued healing.) The latter inherit the earthly Kingdom at the end of the Millennium. Matt.25:34.

CLOUDS OF HEAVEN - See Meditation #21 and #22 for the significance of Dan.7:13.

CONCENTRIC PATHS - In order to better visualize the events of the Lastday, as seen in 100 verses of Revelation, three paths like those of a Concentric Castle are presented beginning with Meditation #37. See #39 for an image of the Castle. The Outer Path covers 40 verses from the onset of the Lastday with "It is Done, the End has come" to the Great and Wonderful Sign of God's righteous deeds having been manifested by the 7 Last Plagues as sung by the Martyrs in the Song of Moses and by the 144,000 in the Song of the Lamb. Forty Verses. Rev.16:16,17; Rev.6:12 to Rev.7:8; Rev.14:1 to Rev.15:4.

The Middle Path begins with "after these things, I looked and behold" in Rev.15:5 and Rev.7:9. Twenty-two verses cover the Three-Act Temple Drama through the Testimony, Tribunal and Triumph of the Martyrs coming out of great tribulation to praise God and the Lamb. They view the evidence and hear the verdict of the Angel of Fire in the 7th Seal (Dan.7) and the victory of taking the Kingdom of this world in the 7th Trumpet. The 22 verses are Rev.15:5; Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5; Rev.11:12-18.

The Inner Path begins with God's anger turning to wrath as indicated by the Storm Theophany that ends Seal 7, Trump 7 and implodes the contents of Plague 7 ... the wine of the Cup of God's anger and wrath. Here there are 38 verses with Rev.11:19; Rev.16:18 giving the back-to back outburst of "flashes of lightning, voices, peals of thunder and a great quake ... the greatest in history. Thirty-eight verses. Rev.11:19; Rev.16:18; Rev.18:20 to Rev.20:6; Rev.14:20; Rev.16:19-21. Go to selection on 12-Hours, the Centerpiece.

COVENANT - Daniel 70th Seven begins the final seven years that climaxes with Christ's return to "give the Kingdom to the Saints and to the people of the Saints." Dan.7:27, Dan.9:27. "All Israel (remnant of 1/3 survive great tribulation) will be saved as Messiah comes out of Zion." This is the time to fulfill the everlasting Covenant to David and his descendants. Jer.34:14-26, Luke 21:32.

See New Covenant below. It was made effective at the Cross for inheritance by Old and New Testament Saints. Heb.9:15, Eph.2:16. This same Covenant will become effective for "all of redeemed Israel" when Christ returns. But the New Covenant also involves the Davidic Covenant. Jer.31:31, Rom.11:26,27, Heb.8:8-12, Luke 21:28,31.

CUP OF ANGER and WRATH - This Cup seems to empty immediately after the Last Plague. But first the Lamb opens Seal Six, rescues the 144,000 from Mt. Zion and, as the Son of Man, reaps the wicked to the "Winepress of great anger." Rev.14:10,14-19. Then the Three-Act Temple Drama occurs in heaven before God's wrath explodes. The Cup of anger and wrath affects "all the inhabitants of all the earth" as the nations' cities and mountains disappear by world-quakes. Luke 21:35 agrees with Rev.3:10 and Rev.16:19,20 for the global extent of God's anger and wrath. Believers are "kept from this wrath" which occurs after Christ "gathers the Elect from earth to heaven ... raising up every Believer and sending the angels to gather them from all extremities of the heavens." Mark 13:27, John 6:39,40, Matt.24:31. The appointed (kairos) time for God's wrath is announced in Trump Seven when "chronos time Ends." Rev.11:18, Rev.10:6,7.

DAN, TRIBE OF - Because Dan committed the sin of idolatry, his descendants do not appear in the chronicles of those who inherited the land. Nor do they appear among the twelve tribes of 144,000, the "Firstfruit of living survivors unto God and the Lamb." Rev.7. But God is faithful to His promise so that the Tribe of Dan is the first name in the list in Ezek.48 after the division of the land to be maintained during the Millennial Reign of Christ.

DAY OF LORD - Its events are confined to a single solar day ending at twilight. Most errors respecting Christ's coming result from changing this Day into a period of years. Jesus separates The Sign of that Day from the Hour He appears in glory to "raise up and reward every believer." One hundred of the 404 verses in Revelation must be fulfilled on the Day Christ appears! The last Martyr is killed on that Day. The Two Prophets arise, 144,000 Jews are sealed and taken to heaven, and "every one who believes Jesus died and rose again will be caught up at the Presence of the Lord." See "Gegonen" for the unique word that triggers the Day of the Lord!

When Prophet after Prophet state the "Day of the Lord is Near," from Isaiah to Revelation, they are not concerned with Endtime signs. They are concerned with God's ultimate Purpose. That concept is elemental to the teaching by Jesus that "all these things are about to occur." Luke 21:36. DAY OF LORD with chart of "Ten Goals in Gathering the Elect” under Observation Five

DAYS OF VENGEANCE - Luke describes these days of wrath at the total destruction of the Temple in AD 70 and Gentile domination of Israel "until the Times of the Gentiles are finished." They will "know their redemption and Kingdom" are NEAR at the Hour the Son of Man appears just as they know the Day of the Lord is HERE at The Sign of that Day. Luke 21:20-31, Isa.13.

DIASPORA - What happened in AD 70 was an act of God's wrath. But it was not the Day of the Lord. That Day is confined to the Day of Resurrection and of Israel's and Judah's Redemption and Kingdom.

DISPENSATIONALISM - Pre-Trib teaching takes this approach to prophecy. They consider the End of the Age as prematurely taking place for the Church seven years before Christ returns. They delegate the task of preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom to the 144,000 during the Endtime. Their approach is excellent with respect to unfulfilled OT prophecies regarding national Israel's coming restoration under Messiah King. But they fail to recognize the role of the Church must continue until the end at which time the 144,000 are the living "Firstfruits" of the Endtime harvest unto "God and the Lamb." Rev.14:4. See Mystery of the Church.

DOCTRINAL KEY: Jesus raises all Believers to Himself on the Day of the Lord. This is the only way that "all the Saints come with Jesus. The Pre-Trib doctrine agrees that Jesus comes "with the Saints," but not with "all the Saints." I Thess.3:13. The Day this happens is identified in the OT as being the Day Christ comes with the Saints to destroy the Beast and give the kingdom to the people of the Saints. Dan.7:22-27, Zech.14:6,7. God includes the "souls of all the martyrs" among the Saints in heaven who have overcome the Beast and who sing the victory Song of Moses before they stand before God and the Lamb in wonderful praise. Rev.15:2,3, Rev.7:9-14, Dan.7:9-14. Revelation includes the 144,000 Jews who "follow the Lamb wherever He goes." Rev.14:1-5.

"God will bring those that are asleep with Jesus first" (including all the martyrs). Then those who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet them in the air." I Thess.4:13-17.  Key IX of TEN KEYS

EIGHTH KING - Antichrist becomes the final world ruler after Ten Kings destroy Babylon the Great, the Harlot ruler of the "seventh kingdom," in one hour. Rev.17:10,11,16, Rev.18:8,10. We will not "know the End is Near" for certain until both of these events occur.

ELECT - The called, Elect and faithful come with Christ. Rev.17:14, Dan.7:22-27. Tribulation Saints are Elect, including 144,000 Jews. They are taken to heaven by the Lamb on the Lastday ... but before Jesus "gathers the rest of the Elect from earth." Pre-Tribbers limit the Elect of Matt. 24:31 to Jews "re-gathered to their land." Jesus states He will "gather these Elect from earth to heaven on one of the days after the tribulation." They take flight from earth to heaven as "all are changed at the Last Trump." Luke 21 does not mention the Elect since it is surviving Jews who "beg to stand before the Son of Man" when He appears. They "stand erect and look up for their redemption and Kingdom have drawn near." Luke 21:27,28,31,36. DAY OF LORD, Observation Four

END - The completion of the Ages is used in Heb.9:26 of Christ's first coming. But He uses it of His second coming in Matt.13:30,49, of enduring to the End in Matt.24:13, Mark 13:13 and of preaching the Gospel to the End in Matt.28:20. There is very good reason for the "End" in Rev.2:26 to require overcomers in the Church to be faithful until Christ comes to "rule the nations with an iron rod.” Overcoming to the End cannot be taken as a "pre-trib" event based on the only context using "End" with respect to Christ's coming to rule in Revelation.

There is one verse about "overcoming to the END," that renders a death-blow to Amiller beliefs. If Rev.2:26 refers to physical death at the end of each overcomer’s life, when does he begin to exercise "power over the nations"? If all Believers exercise "power over the nations," all Believers must be "overcomers." What, in that case, is the added challenge for "overcoming to the End"?

Jesus promised to be with us to the END (telos) of the Age, not to the end of each one’s life even though that is a truth for all believers. "Sitting with Christ in the heavenlies" since the new birth is not what John is talking about in Rev.20. Jesus promised overcomers to the End will "sit on thrones while ruling the nations with a rod of iron." Rev.2:27.

It is so obvious that believers, in spreading the gospel, do NOT do so in order to qualify as rulers over the nations with a rod of iron during this present lifetime. Especially if we are being martyred by them. The same truth applies to reigning with Christ. We do not qualify for that reward simply because we all take part in the rebirth of our souls. The condition that must be fulfilled applies to those who survive until Jesus comes in glory or who are killed during the Endtime. John is primarily concerned with them in Rev.20:4,5.

Jesus promised to be with all believers to the End of the Age, not just until we die. This promise refers to the "complete end," not just telew (suntelew; Matt.28:20). And the fulfillment of this promise does not apply to all having been "raised up from spiritual death." It applies to a restricted number, to those who overcome to the End of the Age whether they survive or die.

In the case of those martyred at the End of the Age, "serving God in the Temple" can only begin to apply after they rise up in THE first and only bodily resurrection on the Lastday. Only then do they begin to serve God day and night before the New Jerusalem comes down from heaven. For there will be no night and no temple therein after the Millennium. And they cannot begin to reign until they have been avenged and resurrected! Rev.21:22,25; Rev.6:9-11.

Twice in Revelation Jesus spoke of Himself as the beginning and the End, the first and the Last. Rev.21:6; Rev.22:13. In each case He added a word about "Overcomers" that can only apply to the Millennium. He that overcomes (not just he who is saved from among the nations) will inherit all things and the nations that have obeyed His commandments (during the Millennium) will have the right to the Tree of Life and enter the gates (and bring their honor and glory into the City). Rev.21:7,24-26; Rev.22:2,14.

Amillers have no room for the rise of sheep and goat nations who will be separated after Christ sits on His throne and Satan cannot deceive them. Matt.25:31-46. Faith in Christ will still be the means of salvation, but the evidence of faith requires restoration of the sacrificial system of Ezek.40-48. Only then will the descendants of the Tribe of Dan be reinstated among the Tribes of the Land. Ezek.48:1.

With all this in mind, we understand why survivors will be saved physically and "kept from the hour of trial after enduring to the End" Matt.24:14; Mark 13:13; Rev.3:10. We understand the resurrection of the body (including that of Daniel at the End; Dan.12:4,11,13) occurs after the 1290 days are cut short to 1260 days. John primarily has the martyrs in mind in Rev.20, not those who survive!

With the deaths of the Two Prophets, chronos-time ends and no more than three days remain until they arise from physical death ... on one of the (3½) days after time ends! Rev.10:6,7; Mark 13:24. So all Believers must rise up physically on that same last day ... to begin their rule over the nations if they survive to the End; or to begin "serving God day and night as pillars in the temple of heaven" for 1000 years ... while the nations come to Jerusalem to worship God or become the goat nations! Zech.14:16-21; Heb.8:8-13; Rev.3:12; Rev.7:15-17; Rev.15:4; Rev.2:27; Rev.20:4,5.

END IS NEAR - The ENDTIME relates to "knowing the Day of the Lord is Near." Jesus taught the generation that "knows the end is near " refers to when we know the Endtime is Here. Matt.24:15,33. See Time Span in OVERVIEW

Luke 21 does not deal with enduring to the End because his concern was for the Jews who would suffer among the nations until the End. They will know the End is Near only when Christ appears. But Matthew and Mark deal with the third Temple and the questions that alone require the Gospel to be preached in all the world through the Endtime until the End of the Age. What would be the sign of the End and the sign of His coming are linked to the mandate to spread the Gospel.  Luke 21 does not include this mandate because he alone deals with the time for the destruction of the second Temple. The End of the Age did not occur in AD 70!

ENDTIME - Daniel's 3½ year period begins with 5 Catalysts: Babylon destroyed, Ten Kings support Antichrist, Temple Desecrated, Two Prophets come from heaven and manifest God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days. This is when we "know the End is Near." Matt.24:33. Pre-Endtime below precedes Daniel's final 1290 days.

EVERY EYE - John writes that "every eye will see Christ coming" and also, simultaneously, the Elect that pierced Him coming with Him on the clouds of heaven. Rev.1:7. "Every eye" includes those coming with Him. They include those who could "not see Him again until He comes in the clouds of glory." Every eye also includes the tribes who mourn and who "beg to escape.". Matt.24:30, Matt.26:64; Luke 21:36.

FINISHED - Aorist form of "telew" in the indicative mood (Rev.15:1, Rev.10:7) shows the Plagues "were finished and God's Mystery was finished" prior to the Great and Wonderful Sign (G&W) of Seven Angels who had emptied these Plagues. No one enters the Temple in heaven until the smoke of God's glory and power clears the Temple on the Lastday. Rev.15:8. The End has come when the Martyrs and 144,000 Jews sing their songs and enter the Temple for the Testimony in Rev.7:9-17, the Tribunal of Seal 7 and the Triumph of Trump 7.

What "was finished" (because of the aorist indicative at the G&W Sign in Rev.15:1,4) appears as NOT yet  finished in Rev.15:8! So John changed to the subjunctive mood of the Aorist tense in verse eight to reveal the seven last Bowl Plagues were not finished when the seven angels exited the Temple in verse five! But they were all emptied as of verse one! The aorist indicative in verses one and four require the Plagues to have completed God's anger and His righteous deeds to be manifested before the G&W Sign appears in heaven! God’s mystery was finished by the Two Prophets. The Martyrs and 144,000 sing the songs of Moses and the Lamb after the Seventh Plague empties in midair and God decrees: “It is Done.” God's anger and righteous deeds must be finished in the seven last plagues before the Martyrs and 144,000 enter the Temple, as of Rev.15:5 and Rev.7:9. No wonder the significant phrase, "after these things, I looked and Behold," appears in the KJV only in these two places after Rev.4:1! This is a vital key to understanding Revelation.

FIRSTFRUIT - Christ, Firstfruit of the dead and 144,000 Jews, the Firstfruit of the living. The locusts know who they are and do not harm them during the first woe ... before the 144,000 are sealed a second time with the name of the Lamb ... Rev.9:4; Rev.7:1-3; Rev.14:1. In the textual order, knowing those who are to be sealed is revealed two chapters prior to the first woe, because they are "kept safe" for the entire great tribulation of 1260 days. Not one of the 144,000 will die and none will be harmed by the locusts. The latter should be true of all Believers during that entire five months of suffering when men seek but do not find death.

See Meditation #20 and #21 for the glory that accrues to God and the Lamb when John sees the 144,000 sealed with the name of the Lamb immediately after Seal Six on the Lastday and again sees the Lamb rescue them from Mt. Zion immediately after the chapter on the Beast's 42 month rule over all mankind. They join the Martyrs and the Two Prophets in heaven as these Two Groups stand before God and sing the Song of Moses and Song of the Lamb! Then they enter the Temple to glorify God and the Lamb by name before Christ comes with all the Saints.

They are literally sealed a second time on the Lastday with the name of the Lamb (first, the Seal of God in Rev.9:4; second, Rev.14:1) and taken to heaven by the Lamb after Seal Six on the Lastday ... before the "rest of the dead in Christ (and living) rise up at His Presence, each rising up in his own order." I Cor.15:23. The Son of Man takes the Harvest Firstfruit to heaven first as the Bridegroom's gift to His Father. They present Him as the worthy Son of Man to the Ancient of Days. He will have just rescued the Firstfruit of the Lastday's Harvest.

FLASHBACKS - Each of four Flashbacks in Revelation climaxes with Lastday signs. In addition to four major flashbacks, Rev.20:4,5 gives a final backward look at all the Martyrs seen as "souls sitting on thrones to rule with Christ 1000 years." This occurs because they receive the highest achievable reward in heaven before Christ comes with His reward for every Believer. Rev.7:14-17, Matt.16:27, Rev.22:12. Martyrs are rewarded within the hour before the rest of the dead in Christ rise up in the "first resurrection"! See Sequence Key below to help unlock the order of events that begin with The Sign of the Day of the Lord. TEN KEYS, Sequence Key

GATHERED TOGETHER ABOVE - Jesus gathers His Elect from earth to heaven on the four winds "in the days after (the 1260 days of great tribulation and Kingdom Power by the Two Prophets). On one of the three days the Two Prophets lie dead, they will rise up to witness at the Tribunal of Seal Seven. All Believers are "raised up on the same day as Jesus sends angels to gather them above out of the (same) four winds on which Jesus raises them." Mark 13:24,27, Matt.24:29,31. They meet Jesus at the Synagogue (gathering place) in the Sky. Paul uses the noun form of this gathering to correct the false view in the Church that the Day of the Lord had already come. Angels gather the Elect to the "gathering place to Jesus." 2 Thess.2;1.

GEGONEN - With the last Plague hanging in suspension at the end of this age, "a great voice comes out of the Temple" before the Temple Drama begins. This signals the Day to execute God's wrath. Being in the perfect tense, it summarily authorizes the Lamb to open Seal Six, The Sign of the Day of Wrath. Seal Six opens right after the last of Seven Plagues to reveal God's patience is exhausted and to warn of impending wrath. The Great and Wonderful Sign in Rev.15:1-4 attests to the completion of God's anger and the time has come for the Three-Act Temple Drama. This unique word and Seal Six begin the action in 100 verses of Revelation on the very Day the Lamb rescues 144,000 trophies of His grace. They follow Him wherever He goes before and after He is crowned King of kings and Lord of lords.

Time-wise, therefore, Rev.6:12 to Rev.7:8 and Rev.14:1-15:4 occur before the Temple opens in Rev.15:5 for the second time. Then the Three-Act Temple Drama occurs from Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5 and from Rev.11:12-19. This means that Rev.16:12-17 precedes Rev.6:12-17. In a real sense "Gegonen" coerces the Drama to generate the Cup of anger and wrath that follows.

"Gegonen" occurs twice. Once to open Seal Six for the Lastday’s events. It occurs after the last Plague completes God's long-standing patience with wicked men. God's Day of Wrath waits until the seven last Plagues "finish manifesting God's righteous deeds and reveal His judgments are true and holy." Men refuse to repent. His long-standing patience will explode. Rev.15:1,4.

The second time occurs at the end of the ages. It is unquestionably the voice of God Himself! He speaks directly: Gegonan; It is Done. Rev.21:5,6. There is no more Temple then. Martyrs reign 1000 years before heaven's Temple transforms into the eternal New Jerusalem positioned above the new earth. God and the Lamb become its Temple. Rev.21:22. All things have been accomplished. Even death, the last enemy, will have been forever abolished so that the "Son Himself is subject to God that He might be ALL in all things." I Cor.15:26,28.

With the last Plague suspended in midair at the end of this age, "the voice comes out of the Temple" to signal the Lamb to open Seal Six prior to the Temple Drama. As armies are gathered against Jerusalem, the single word coming out of the Temple triggers the Lastday. The 1260 days of great tribulation, plus up to 3 days, will be completed. Rev.16:12-17, Rev.6:12-17.

GENERATION - Jesus refers to "this Generation that sees all these things *about* to occur" whenever He is *about* to come in glory." See "About to Happen " above, "Watch" below. The only generation of Jews that lives to "know their redemption and kingdom are Near" sees the Son of Man appear with all the Saints on the Day "all these things are *about* to happen." The Jewish remnant of that generation will "know their redemption and kingdom are near." Luke 21:28,31.

That generation also involves "all those dwelling on all the face of all the earth" as they are affected by events of Luke 21:25-36. See Doctrinal Key in TEN KEYS, DAY OF LORD

GOSPEL AGE - Not just the time between Pentecost and an unproven Pre-Trib Rapture. There is no evidence that preaching the Gospel of grace ends while preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom is confined to the Endtime. Responsibility was given to the Church to be completed at the "end of the age." Christ made His personal return contingent on its completion. Those who "endure to the end are saved from the hour of Trial." The preponderance of evidence in Luke 21:25-36 shows that Hour occurs on the Lastday. Matt.24:13,14, Rev.3:10.

GREAT TRIBULATION - Second half of Daniel's 70th Seven. First half is not Great Tribulation. Nor is either half a period of God's wrath. Wrath comes in the "days after the tribulation." Viewing either the great tribulation as a time of God's wrath, instead of Satan's wrath, overlooks that the seven last Plagues only "complete God's anger" and therefore anticipate His anger and wrath. Both elements, the Cup of anger and wrath and "treading the winepress in anger and wrath" are combined only on the Day of the Lord, after Christ appears. Rev.16:19, Rev.19:15.

See Gegonen and Key Phrase for the fact that, Time-wise, Rev.6:12 to Rev.7:8 and Rev.14:1 to Rev.15:5 anticipate Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5 and Rev. 11:12-19. These texts must be inserted between the Decree of Rev.16:17 and history's greatest earthquake in Rev.16:18. God's great anger is red hot during the Temple Drama of Testimony, Tribunal and Triumph. Babylon falls a second time by history's greatest quake in Rev.16:19 before the rejoicing in heaven takes place. Rev.18:20 to Rev.19:3. She falls before global aftershocks of this quake cause the mountains and the nations' cities to disappear during earth's "Hour of Trial ... God's Cup of anger and wrath." Rev.16:19-21.

"All believers will rise up on the last day" during the Hour Christ appears to execute God's "anger and wrath." John 6:39,40,44,54. God's anger does not combine in His Cup of wrath until Christ appears with all the Saints in glory ... after "the last of seven Plagues completes His anger." Rev.15:1, Greek, Rev.16:19-21, Rev.19:11-15, 2 Thess.1:7-10. The events of Daniel's 70th Seven prepares Israel for the Messiah. Therefore, it is not a time of God's wrath. Satan seeks to destroy Israel. God will redeem Israel on the Day of the Lord. See Finished

HERMENEUTICS - Principles of Bible Interpretation. One Principle: A word may have different meanings. Forcing a word to have only one certain meaning, regardless of context, can lead to false doctrine. "Heaven" can refer to the Throne of God or to the atmosphere above the earth. "Day" can mean 12 hours or, as a comparison to God's viewpoint of time, be like a 1000 years. "Hour" can mean a given part of the Day or an unknown period of time. In Matt. 24:36, the unknown Hour is part of the Day of the Lord, not a secret or sign-less Day prior to the Day Christ appears in glory. "Elect" can only refer to Saints who will come with the Lamb, the Lord of lords and King of kings. Rev.17:14. "This Generation" can refer to people who lived when Jesus was alive but primarily to those who are alive when He is "about to come."

This phrase, in Luke 21:28-36, applying to what is "about to happen" occurs three times in Luke 21 after Christ appears on the Day of His glory. Always used in the present tense (except Matt.24:6), the KJV usually fails to translate mello (about to happen) as a present-tense hope up to the Lastday's expectation. Check out Luke 21:36, Rom.8:18, 2 Tim.4:1, Rev.3:10, Rev.6:11, Rev.10:7, Rev.12:5. These are expectations of Christ's return until it is certain to be imminent. The word "Here" can refer to the Endtime persecution when Christ is " about to come." Matt.16:28, Rev.13:10, Rev.14:12. "Now, God's Kingdom Power and Christ's authority has come" in Rev.12:10-14, refers to the context of Revelation's 42 month Endtime.

The words "raise up and the first resurrection" in John 6:38-40 and Rev.20:5 must refer exclusively to physical resurrection because Jesus is talking about the "last day" and what cannot occur until all the martyrs have been beheaded and are given life at "the resurrection, the first." The "second death" occurs 1000 years after Christ comes to avenge the blood of the martyrs and when they begin to "sit on thrones to reign with Him, after being beheaded by the Beast, and begin to serve God day and night in heaven's temple." Rev.3:12; Rev.20:4. They are rewarded even before Christ raises them up from the dead.

The resurrection of John 5:28 occurs during "an hour" that may apply more than once since the article is not used as in Rev.20:5. Again Jesus speaks of "a resurrection unto life" and "a resurrection unto judgment in John 5:29. In Rev.20:5 we have "the resurrection, the first one." Contextually, because the rest of the dead rise up after the 1000 years should be finished, the correct correlation requires that the first resurrection applies to the martyrs who had died in the "first death"!  Otherwise, the physical resurrection of the primary subjects in the Book of Revelation is not mentioned. They are only called "souls" and they only rise up spiritually! They are called souls, not because they live apart from the bodily resurrection, but because they are seen sitting on thrones in a flashback to Rev.7:15 prior to the resurrection. Until the last martyr is killed, these souls, though dressed in white clothes, remain "under the Altar." Rev.6:9-11.

The “Endtime” scenario reveals a Second Principle: The meaning must agree with the Context. Applying the meaning of a word to a situation out of context often leads to a false pretext. Pre-Tribbers apply "watching" for the Son of Man's coming, with signs in the "clouds of heaven," to an "any-moment" sign-less, secret Rapture because Jesus said "no man knows the Day or Hour." That out of context setting allows the pretext for a Pre-Trib Rapture. Jesus had already indicated that Day follows the great tribulation and the Hour follows The Sign of that Day.

Preterists restrict "beholding His coming in the clouds" to the first century by citing that only those still living then, as with Stephen, could actually see Him "sitting on the right hand of power." This view ignores the literal meaning of the word “see” in the context for when it occurs. John says every eye will see Him (and the Saints) coming with Him ... so that every believer, whether Nicodemus and others in the Sanhedrin will see Him coming. Rev.1:7, Matt.26:64. Preterists build false doctrine by assuming “this generation” must refer to the past instead of to God’s perspective of time that includes all the generations since then.

Pre-Tribbers identify His coming "as a thief" only with the Rapture when Jesus also identifies it with His coming to destroy the armies at Armageddon. He tells us to "watch" until that Day. Rev.16:15. The Sign of that Day's wrath occurs and continues to warn of impending wrath prior to filling the Winepress in "great anger," prior to the Hour of Trial and prior to "treading that winepress in anger and wrath." Time-wise, Rev.16:15's "watching and blessing" applies even to the hours between the Sign of the Day of Wrath in Rev.6:12-17 and the Hour heaven opens for Christ's coming in Rev.19:10. The "Hour of Trial at His coming" in Rev.3:10,11 allows those who mourn to escape the wrath that will affect "all others dwelling on all the face of all the earth." Luke 21:35,36. It is a pretext to claim this Hour includes the entire period of Great Tribulation when Luke shows instead that The Sign of Christ's Presence precedes the global fear and the opportunity for those who survive to "beg to escape what is about to happen" on that Day. Luke 21:25-27,35,36, Greek. (Recorded Oct.23, 1999).

HIDDEN KEY - Reveals three factors which jumpstart the final events on the Day of the Lord. The final Holocaust has "passed by" when the Two Prophets arise and Trump 7 sounds. When they are killed, the countdown of 1260 days ends. The unknown Lastday must occur within 3 days. Rev.11:7-11. The Hidden Key of the Holocaust having "passed by," as the 7th Trump sounds, pinpoints the time for God's wrath. Rev.11:14. Here we see the factors that jumpstart the final events on the Day of the Lord.  Day of Lord.

HOUR OF JUDGMENT - Like the "Hour to Reap," it occurs on the Day of the Lord and involves the execution of God's wrath at Armageddon and the Cup of Wrath with earthquakes that try all the people on all the face of all the earth. There is no reason this hour should last a period of years or months. Even the Plagues "complete God's anger" before His wrath occurs. Earthquakes destroy mountains and cities and cause the islands to move out of place on a single solar day of twelve hours ... after Christ gathers all the Saints together above and appears with them in glory!

HOUR OF TRIAL - This Hour does not precede, but follows, Christ's return in glory. Luke pinpoints when "all these things come upon all those dwelling on all the face of all the earth." Luke 21:35, Rev.3:10. On the Day of the Lord men's hearts "fail from fear." In order to bolster the idea of a Pre-Trib Rapture, its advocates assume this Hour includes the years of great tribulation. OVERVIEW. See Observation Four

IRON AND CLAY - The Iron, like the White Horseman of Seal Six, represents the spread and defense of Democracy among the nations since the Roman Empire. Iron prevails over the Clay of other forms of government until they "mix" under Babylon the Great. Before God uses Ten Kings to "remove" this form of rebellion, His people must "come out of her" or suffer material losses. Rev.17:16, Rev.18:4-8.

"IT IS DONE" - Rev.16:17. See Gegonen

JESUS - Son of Man and Son of God. Being obedient unto death, the Father exalted him. His subservience reveals the humanity of Jesus continues even to the "end of the ages when all things are subdued unto him. Then the Son will be subject to the One having subjected all things to Him, that God may be all in all." Both God and man, He is a Jew forever glorified as the perfect Son of Man. That's why the first act of the Lamb, after opening Seal Six, sees him rescuing 144,000 "blameless" Jews from Mt. Zion as His living "Firstfruit unto God and the Lamb." He will take them to heaven to sing the Song of the Lamb and they present him to the Ancient of Days. Then the Court sits in judgment on the Beast. I Cor.15:28, Rev.14:3,4, Rev.15:3,4, Dan.7:11,13,26, Rev.8:1-5.

KAIROS TIME - See Trump Seven where Chronos Time ends and Kairos time occurs climactically in Revelation. This is the appointed time for rewards to Saints and destruction of the wicked. Rev.10:7, Rev.11:18.

KEY PHRASE - Wrath comes with the Key Phrase: "Voices, thunder, lightning and earthquake." This storm theophany concludes Seal 7's Trial of the wicked, intensifies after Trump 7's Coronation of Christ and accompanies the implosion of Plague 7. God decrees "It is Done." This results in God's Cup of Anger and Wrath as history's greatest earthquake destroys Babylon, the City. It destroys her support System as the nations' cities and mountains disappear and islands move out of place in a global "Hour of Trial." The Trial needs not to last for even 60 minutes! So the "great hail" in the Theophany of Trump 7 and that after the Theophany of Rev.16:18 launches the Hour of Trial coming on all the face of all the earth. This is the Hour of God's Cup of Wrath.

KEYS - TEN KEYS

KINGDOM OF GOD - Already present in the spiritual Body of Christ. Yet to be manifested with "God's Kingdom Power and Christ's Authority." Rev.12:10. Demonstrated by Two Prophets during Daniel's and Revelation’s 3½ year Endtime. Jesus predicted that Elijah must precede His coming in glory and in Person. Elijah was in mind when He spoke of "some not tasting death by any means until after He comes in Kingdom Power."  In kingdom power, they will begin to "restore all things." Rev.17:11; Acts 3:21. KINGDOM. Already, not Yet.

KINGDOM POWER - God's Kingdom Power comes by the Two Prophets for 1260 days acting in conflict with Satan's two Beasts until they are killed. On resurrection day, they join the martyrs in singing the Song of Moses and then, being resurrected, join in the Testimony, Tribunal and Triumph of heaven's Three-Act Temple Drama. That is when "the Ark of the Covenant is seen in the Open Temple and the appointed time has come to judge and reward all the Saints, small and great, and to execute God's wrath on those destroying the earth." Rev.11:11,12, Rev.15:3,4, Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5, Rev.11:18,19. See OVERVIEW

LASTDAY - The Day of the Lord. Events of the last day are described in Dan.7, Joel 2,3, Zech.14, Matt.24, Mark 13, Luke 21 and in 100 verses of the Book of Revelation which include the "called, Elect and faithful and  every eye that beholds Him coming with all the Saints.” It includes all "whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life from the world's foundation" ... even a soldier who literally pierced Him ... because he believed. Rev.13:8, Rev.1:7. DAY OF LORD, "Observation Seven." Three Reasons the Lastday is Unknown in advance. Ten Events between Rev.16:17 and Rev.16:18. SEVENTY

LASTDAY KEY - This Key has a ten-fold base that applies after the Endtime tribulation when the last Martyr arrives in heaven. That Day's events are described from Rev.6:12 to Rev.8:5, Rev.11:11-19, Rev.14:1 to Rev.15:5, Rev.16:16-21 and Rev.18:20 to Rev.20:6. Four Endtime Flashbacks add separate details for this Key. TEN KEYS, Sequence Key.

Heaven's Three-Act Temple Drama follows the last Plague but is precipitated by the Martyrs' Petition in Song. The Lamb presents 144,000 Harvest Firstfruit to God. They, in turn, present the Son of Man to the Ancient of Days with the (new) Song of the Lamb. Rev.14:3,4, Rev.15:3,4. God's wrath is neither announced from heaven nor executed on earth until Trump Seven sounds to conclude the Drama. His vengeance awaits the last Martyr in order for this Key to realize God's anger being mixed in His Cup of wrath. Rev.14:10; Rev.16;19.

LAST TRUMP - The Seventh Trumpet may truly be called the Last Trump. It first sounds immediately before all heaven rejoices at Christ's Coronation because God reigns, the great whore has been judged and the wedding of the Lamb has come. Then heaven opens as the Last Trump sounds again to raise up the dead and catch up the living survivors in Christ. Jesus predicts the great Trumpet sounds a third time after the Great Tribulation as angels gather the Elect from all extremities of the heavens.

This gathering by the Angels occurs after the 2nd sound of the Last Trump for Jesus to gather all the surviving Saints from earth to heaven at the same time "God brings with Him the souls of the dead that sleep in Jesus." He (3rd Person singular) gathers the Elect from earth to the extremities of heaven; then sends the angels, with that third trumpet sound, to gather them from all four extremities of the heavens! Mark 13:27; Matt.24:31.

When will modern scribes acknowledge the simplicity of His promise to "raise up every believer on the last day ... and to gather the Elect from earth to heaven" (singular) before He sends the angels to "gather them from all the extremities of the heavens (plural)? The angels take all believers of all time to the Synagogue in the Sky. "God brings the souls of those that sleep in Jesus (and Enoch who never died, the Two Prophets who have just arisen and 144,000 Firstfruit of the surviving harvest) with Him" from the third heaven to join their bodies in the air. See One Taken, One Left to  occur after Christ appears. 2 Thess.2:1, I Thess.3:13, I Thess.4:13,14.

LAST TRUMP CARD GAME - Shows how Pre-Tribbers changed the meaning of the One Taken and One Left. DAY OF LORD, Observation Eight

LEFT BEHIND - GOD'S WRATH, Last Trump on Day of Lord. Then One Taken; One Left

LOT'S WIFE - Why Jesus said: "Remember Lot's Wife" once the DAY OF LORD has come. The angels gather the Elect above to the "gathering place to Jesus." 2 Thess.2;1. Those left must choose. Observation Five

LUKE - Luke's Gospel over and over repeats "all things as being fulfilled" after Christ appears ... on the Day of the Lord. He predicted the effects of God's wrath on Israel in AD 70. The Diaspora continues in part until Gentile Times are finished, then the Day of Redemption/Destruction comes “like a snare on all those dwelling on all the face of all the earth." Hour of Trial occurs when the Son of Man appears. The Jews' appointed (kairos) times of subservience to Gentiles ends with The Sign of the DAY of the Lord and with their "redemption and kingdom Near" at the HOUR the Son of Man appears. Luke 21:24-31,35,36. That is when they "beg to escape God's wrath." That's why Luke skips the final desecration of the Temple as found in Matthew and Mark.

MARTYRS - Prime Subjects of Revelation's Endtime. "Overcomers" who know Christ will raise up their bodies on the Lastday. "God brings their souls with Jesus." I Thess.3:13, Rev.4:13,14. They begin to serve God in heaven's Temple for 1000 years. None of those whose names are "written in the Lamb's Book of Life will worship the Beast or receive his mark." Rev.13:8, Rev.17:8. God alone knows when to avenge the last Martyr. Rev.6:9-11. For that reason Jesus said He did not know the last day or hour. When the last martyr dies, God determines the Hour of Testimony, Trial and Triumph in the Lastday's 3-Act Temple Drama. See OVERVIEW

Martyrs will return to heaven to serve God in the Temple day and night. For that reason their Millennial reign is not mentioned until after they are "alive." Rev.7:15-17, Rev.20:4,5. Their reward is associated with the New Jerusalem. But there would be no time left after the last martyr dies to serve God day and night in the Temple for 1000 years if the New Jerusalem came down from heaven at once. No night nor Temple will exist therein. There will be no need for the sun or the moon. Rev.21:22-25. Martyrs win the highest reward given to the Church. They escape the heat of the sun. They must be rewarded for 1000 years as promised! Rev.3:11,12, Rev.7:15, Rev.20:4. In contrast to those who physically die for Christ it is said: "The rest of the physically dead live not again until the 1000 years were finished"! Rev.20:5,6. But of the martyrs it is said, just before the Son of Man receives the command to reap the wicked to the Winepress for judgment, "those who die in the Lord are blessed." Not blessed while they "die from now on" (wrong emphasis)," but blessed because they "rest from their labors from NOW ON and their work follows with them for 1000 years"! Rev.14:13. Martyrs are the prime subjects of Revelation during the Endtime of 42 months.

MEDITATIONS - The first 36 cover a series of subjects that I consider basic to the Mission Mandate given by Jesus relative to those who must "taste death" before He comes in glory to reward every Believer. The test of faithfulness is the proof of worthiness. This proof becomes the supreme evidence of "God's Kingdom Power" during the Endtime demonstration of that power by the Two Prophets. Matt.16:27,28; Mark 8:38; Mark 9:1; I Thess.3:13; Rev.12:10,11.

Meditations #37 to #48 deal with Three Concentric Paths for the 22 major events of the Lastday. The Outer Path begins with the Decree: "It is Done" as the Lamb opens Seal Six, rescues the 144,000 from Mt. Zion and, as the Son of Man, reaps the wicked to the winepress of God's great anger from a white cloud. He then takes the Firstfruit of the living harvest to heaven (on the clouds; Dan.7:13) and presents them to the Ancient of Days. They, in turn, present Him as the Son of Man worthy to wed His Bride and take possession of His Kingdom on earth. Dan.7:22-27. The Outer Path ends with the two songs of Rev.15:3,4 during the only Great and Wonderful Sign in heaven that God's righteous deeds had been completed in the seven last Plagues. The Seventh Plague remains suspended in mid-air until the Three-Act Drama of the Middle Path concludes.

The Middle Path begins with the pivotal verse for opening the Temple for its Three-Act Drama, Rev.15:5. The key phrase (of 4:1) repeats in Rev.15:5 and Rev.7:9 as all heaven praises God and the Lamb in *Testimony* to their salvation for the first time. Rev.7:9-17. The Lamb opens Seal Seven for the half hour *Tribunal* to judge and sentence the wicked gathered to The Armageddon. Immediately, in Act Three, the 7th angel sounds the last trumpet (see below) in *Triumph* because "the kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdom of our Lord and His Christ." The only announcement made from heaven occurs that "God's wrath has come and the appointed time to judge and reward all the Saints and to destroy the destroyers of earth." Rev.11:15-18.

The Inner Path immediately follows the 7th Trumpet which (being the last will sound three times) sounds as the Storm Theophany becomes more intense than it had been at the conclusion of Seal Seven. Voices, flashes of lightning, peals of thunder and a great quake shows that God's anger fills the Cup of Wrath. Rev.11:18,19; Rev.16:18,19. But the 7th Plague does not implode nor the contents of the wine of that Cup do not destroy earth's cities and mountains until heaven opens and Christ descends. So the Inner Path begins at Rev.11:19 and continues in Rev.18:20 to Rev.20:6. In an interesting juxtaposition of verses, Rev.11:19 and Rev.19:11, the Temple is "open" as the Ark of the Covenant appears and then, after the Saints rejoice, Heaven "opens" for Christ to gather all the Saints and tread the winepress of God Almighty's anger and wrath!

MESSIAH - Messiah comes with all the Saints. I Thess.3:13, I Thess.4:13,14, Rev.17:14, Zech.14:5. In order to do that, He promised to "raise up all Believers on the Lastday (in their own order), to gather them from earth to heaven and to send the angels to gather them out of the four winds from all extremities of the heavens." John 6:39,40, Mark 13:24,27, Matt.24:29-31. He also comes with the Ark of the Covenant (Rev.11:19), having been anointed as the Most Holy One, to give the kingdom to the "people of the Saints." Dan.7:27, Dan.9:24-27. OVERVIEW

MID-TRIB -This term is misleading. It implies Daniel’s entire 70th Seven is a time of tribulation. It is better to relate Pre-Endtime events (War of Ezek.38,39, White Horseman of Seal One, Rule of Babylon the Great and  Covenant allowing worship in a third Temple; Rev.11:1,2) to a Pre-Endtime period as opposed to the 3½ year Endtime.

MIGHTY ANGEL - This angel revealed to John what was kept from Daniel until the Endtime ... except for the Endtime's length and the abomination being set in the Temple. Dan.7:25, Dan.12:4-11. “Chronos-Time will be no longer in the days whenever Trump 7 is about to sound.” Rev.10:6,7. During the Endtime of 42 months or 1260 days, Two Prophets demonstrate God's Kingdom Power according to Mark 9:1, Rev.12:10, Rev.11:3-11. They have power to perform any plague they wish to manifest that God is holy and true in His judgments. The angel and a voice from heaven informed John he must "prophesy again before many kings and nations and peoples for 1260 days." The Lastday comes during one of the 3 days after the Beast kills them and leaves their bodies on a street in Jerusalem.

MILLENNIUM - See Martyrs for the reason the 1000 years of their reign is not mentioned until the last thing before it states "the rest of the dead lived not for 1000 years." This fact highlights the supreme motivation for Endtimers to "love not their life corporately until death" prior to the 1000 years. Rev.12:11. They are highlighted, along with the 144,000, as the primary ones whom John sees during the Outer and Middle and Inner Paths of Lastday events. They receive a higher reward than that given to Church members who "overcome to the end." Rev.2:26; Rev.3:11,12, Rev.7:15. John sees them in Rev.15:2-4 and Rev.7:14-17 and finally in Rev.20:4,5 as a flashback to the scene of Rev.7:15. Just before the Son of Man receives a command to reap the wicked at the Winepress for judgment, once again those who die in the Lord are "blessed." Not while they "die from now on" (wrong emphasis)," but because they will "rest from their labors from NOW ON and their work follows with them for 1000 years" while the Lamb shepherds them and they sit on thrones and serve God as pillars in heaven's temple day and night"! Rev.14:13; Rev.7:15; Rev.20:4.

The Martyrs sitting on thrones cannot begin to reign until their souls come out from under the Altar when the last martyr has been killed! Rev.6:9-11. This destroys the Amillennial doctrine that the "first resurrection refers to the new birth since Christ died." The point of "living" again as souls reunited with their bodies coincides with the 1000 years. They "live and reign together for 1000 years" after all are beheaded, not as each one is beheaded. The reality of rulership in the second part of Rev.20:4 must apply to their resurrected state after "both the dead and living in Christ arise and are gathered together above."

In Rev.20, John changes from Aorist indicative to subjunctive to indicate that Satan is bound before the reign of 1000 years can begin. After using the indicative to "bind Satan in the Abyss" at Christ's coming in glory (verse 3), Satan cannot deceive the nations until the 1000 years "should be finished" (aorist subjunctive, future). John repeats the subjunctive in verse 5 with respect to the "rest of the dead" who live not until the 1000 years "should be finished" because they will not take part in "The Resurrection, The First." It must therefore be a physical resurrection. The subjunctive appears a third time in verse 7 showing that Satan will be loosed from the Abyss whenever the 1000 years "should be finished." The binding of Satan precedes the 1000 years; but begins with Satan's banishment to the Abyss when Christ appears in glory; not when He arose from the dead.

There are two references to inheriting the Kingdom of God beside that of Revelation 21:7 to inherit all things.

One: "Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom" until the resurrection and translation of Saints occurs at the last trump, the last day of this present age. I Cor.15:50-52.

Two: In the Millennial age to come, sheep and goat nations will both exist under Christ's rule. The sheep will finally be separated from goat nations who are cast into Hell at the end of the Millennium. These righteous nations will then "bring their glory into the City that comes down from heaven." Whole nations and their kings will "bring their glory into the New Jerusalem" but only after the Millennium. Satan is released from the Abyss a short time to deceive the Goat Nations into attacking the earthly city of Jerusalem. The separation of Sheep and Goat nations occurs at the same time so that only the former "inherit the earthly kingdom prepared for them from the world's foundation.".  Matt.24:31-46, Rev.21:24,26.

At Christ's second coming, the tribes of earth may choose life by "willingness to die and begging to escape God's wrath." Luke 17:33, Luke 21:28,31,36. They and their offspring are the candidates for sheep or goat nations.   But at the end of Christ's reign, before handing the Kingdom over to the Father, the righteous sheep nations will be separated from the unrighteous "goat nations" and the latter be cast into Hell. No separation can occur until the alignment of nations is fully revealed by the massive attack against Jerusalem at the end of the Millennium.

The Amillennial view that the "first resurrection" of Rev.20:4,5 refers to a spiritual "new birth" removes from the Book of Revelation any reference to a physical resurrection of Believers! The reference to the "resurrection" refers primarily to those who had been "beheaded" for refusing to worship the Beast or his image. Therefore, their reign is restricted to a 1000 years with Christ after the explicit reference to the Martyrs serving God in heaven after their restoration to physical life. Serving God is their reward for faithfulness unto death. A "first resurrection" is not a reward or a matter of spiritual regeneration! The first resurrection is the beginning of 1000 years of personal service to God in heaven by Martyrs ... while those who endure to the end will reign on the earth. Rev.2:25-27. See RESURRECTION; END

MISSION MANDATE - Two Prophets fulfill Christ's Mission Mandate in Matt.16:28, Mark 9:1, Rev.12:10. Nine Reasons why this Mandate has been "hidden" from the Church. See APOSTLE

MY SEARCH - When the Sign of the Day of the Lord occurs.

Step One: This Sign occurs "in the days after great tribulation"

Step Two: "Day of Lord" a single solar 12 Hour day. Its events may occur in less 12 hours.

Step Three: The Hour Christ appears is subsequent to Sign of that Day.

Step Four: Seal Six, not the Great Tribulation, launches that Day.

Step Five: Unknown Lastday comes suddenly; but not secretly.

Step Six: Plagues exhaust God's anger before it mixes with wrath.

Step Seven: What is "about to happen" depends on specific Endtime signs.

Step Eight: The Lastday begins with The Sign of Rev.6:12-14.

Step Nine: Gentile Times are over and finished when Christ appears.

Step Ten: Believers watch for The Sign; then for the Hour

MYSTERY - One: The Mystery of the Church refers to all who are in Christ as the Head. The Mystery of Christ is more inclusive with Old and New Testament Saints continuing to "grow into a holy temple in the Lord." That Holy Temple will also include Millennial Saints.

Two: The Mystery of the Harlot continues Babylonian mysteries to the Endtime when Babylon the Great rules the nations. God removes this restraint against the Lawless One at Babylon's destruction "in one Hour with fire."

Three: The Mystery of God concerns the grafting of Israel back into her own olive tree after the "full number of Gentiles has come in." The Mystery of God "was finished (past tense) in the days whenever the 7th Trumpet is about to sound; when Chronos-Time shall be no longer, God's wrath comes and the appointed Kairos-Time" for the three R's: Resurrection and Rewards to the Saints and Prophets and all who fear God, both small and great and Retribution to those who are destroying the earth"! Rev.10:6-7; Rev.11:6-7; Rev.11:18.  Nations, New Building, PRIMEKEY.

NATIONS - Sheep and Goat nations will develop during Christ's Millennial reign as He sits on His earthly throne. Matt.25:31,32. Survivors of the nations that come against Jerusalem must come to Jerusalem annually to worship the Lord or else receive no rain for their crops. Zech.14:16,17. The sacrificial system will be observed as a required testimony by all those who worship Christ as their sin-bearer. Those who obey become the Sheep Nations. Its members will never die as they maintain life and are healed by the fruit and leaves of Millennial trees. Ezek.47:12.

Sheep and Goat nations will form and the Sheep will finally be separated from Goat nations who are cast into Hell at the end of the Millennium. The righteous nations and their kings will then "bring their glory into the City that comes down from heaven." Whole sheep nations will "bring their glory into the New Jerusalem" but only at the end of the Millennium after Satan is released from the Abyss a short time to deceive the Goat Nations into attacking the earthly city of Jerusalem. The separation of sheep and goat nations occurs at the same time so that only the sheep inherit the earthly kingdom "prepared for them from the world's foundation."  Matt.24:31-46, Rev.21:2,24,26.

At Christ's second coming, the tribes of earth may choose life by willingness to die and begging to escape God's wrath. Luke 17:33, Luke 21:28,31,36. They and their offspring are the candidates for sheep or goat nations.   But at the end of Christ's reign, before handing the Kingdom over to the Father, the righteous sheep nations will be separated from the unrighteous "goat nations" and the latter be cast into Hell. No separation can occur until the alignment of nations is revealed by the massive attack against Jerusalem at the end of the Millennium.

"Sheep nations" will enter the New Jerusalem and "bring their glory into it." Rev.21:24,26. They will partake of the fruit of the tree of life for "healing" during eternity as they did during the Millennium. Ezek.47:12; Rev.22:2,14. Just as flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God until Christ comes in glory, so the procreation of generations of flesh and blood during the Millennium means the sheep nations will wait to inherit the kingdom "prepared from the world's foundation" after Christ separates them from the goat nations at the end of His "reign over the nations by a rod of iron." Rev.2:27; Rev.12:5; Rev.19:15. See last paragraph in POST-TRIB gathering below!

Members of the goat nations may die during the Millennium. Goat nations and the rest of the dead will be raised up, judged and cast into Hell. But at the second death, with death destroyed forever, Jesus will "hand over the Kingdom of God to the Father and be in subjection to Him that God might be all in all. For Jesus must reign until He puts all enemies under His feet." Matt.25:31-34,46, I Cor.15:24-28,50. Millennium. Mystery.

NEW BUILDING - Mystery of Church and Mystery of Christ in Eph.3:4-6 shows the New Building is more inclusive than the Church since Pentecost. Christ is the Foundation in Mystery of the Church. He is the Cornerstone in Mystery of Christ which includes OT and NT Saints. This New Building is growing unto a Holy Temple in the Lord. It will be completed on the Day Christ appears in glory.

NEW COVENANT - The Ark of the Covenant, seen in heaven's Temple moments before Christ descends in glory with all the Saints, suggests that the New Covenant of Jer.31:31, Rom.11:27, Heb.8:8 involves the restoration of the Davidic Kingdom with Israel at the head of all nations. This does not annul the Covenant of Grace but is more striking and fulfilling than the present Covenant because the entire Jewish remnant, by God's Sovereign Act, suddenly "know their redemption and kingdom" have come. They will mourn and "beg to escape all the things coming on all the inhabitants of earth and to stand before the Son of Man." Luke 21:28,31,35,36.

OBSERVATION ONE: For up to 3½ days, the Two Prophets will remain dead after they finish their 1260-day task and bring the Endtime conflict to a climax. This occurs while massive armies threaten Israel, displaying the depths of depravity to which evil men descend in their animosity to God and His people. With the last martyr killed, God's decree comes out of the Temple indicating His righteous judgments have exhausted His patience and demands that His "anger be poured unmixed into His Cup of Wrath." Rev.14:10.

OBSERVATION TWO: May Christ come at "any-moment, Perhaps Today"? Jesus reveals that "knowing the Day of the Lord is Near" depends on seeing Daniel's Abomination standing in the Temple. Matt.24:15,33. Observing this specific Sign is the condition for Believers to "know the End is Near." Imminent, Thief-Day, MY SEARCH

OBSERVATION THREE: Christ's concern for Israel means the "any-moment" hope of His coming must wait for and be derived from what is "about to happen" on the Day of the Lord. This point focuses on God's people being purified and refined in 3½ years of great tribulation; prepared for their restoration. Dan.12:1,7,9,11, Rev.12:10-14. Until the “last martyr who must be killed, is killed." Rev.6:11. His surviving Elect Saints will be found blameless. I Thess.5:23. DAY OF LORD

OBSERVATION FOUR: Who are the Elect in Mark 13:27, Matt.24:31? The answer determines your view of when Christ's coming is imminent. The Elect on the Lastday are already in the Lord's Presence while Jews are "begging to escape the Hour of Testing coming as a snare on all inhabitants of all the earth." Luke 21:25-36. The Sign of the Day of the Lord precedes both the rescue of God's Firstfruit from Mt. Zion and the gathering of the Elect from earth to heaven ... "immediately after the greatest tribulation of all time, past or future." Matt.24:21,29-31, Rev.14:1-5. Surviving Saints are kept from this Hour. Rev.3:10,11.

OBSERVATION FIVE: Jesus and Paul, exclusively, add EPI (above, upon, to) to "sunago and sunagog" to gather us to the meeting place above. This is the Hour of Christ's glory, Saints' rewards, Gentile judgment and Israel's restoration as God's light to the nations. Mark 13:27, Matt.24:31, 2 Thess.2:1, I Thess.3:13. DAY OF LORD, Rapture

OBSERVATION SIX: The Sign of Christ, coming like lightning (Matt.24:29,30, Luke 17:24), applies to the Hour of the Day He appears in glory. Seal Six signals the Day. The Sign of His Presence signals the Hour every eye sees Him and those appearing with Him. The Sign of His coming is for Israel's redemption. How could redemption for Israel occur during Great Tribulation or in AD 70? The Lastday sees Deliverance for Saints and God's former people whom He has not forgotten. They will be restored as "a people of God." Heb. 8:8-12. This is the Day of the Lord which Prophets since Isaiah 13:6 declare is "near" ... because it is from God’s time-perspective.

OBSERVATION SEVEN: John employs 100 verses (quarter of Revelation) to describe Lastday events. These events begin with the decree coming out of the Temple, from the Throne, saying: "It is Done." This decree signals the "last martyr has been killed," God's anger is exhausted and the Three-Act Drama in heaven's Temple will begin quickly. Rev.16:17.

We offer a plan for the order of events. Each one of four Flashbacks ends with Lastday events. The Key Phrase ends the 7th Seal and 7th Trumpet and triggers the execution of God's Decree of wrath ... in that order. The third instance of this Key Phrase, Rev.16:18, does not immediately follow Rev.16:17. The Voice coming out of the Temple from the Throne signals the Lamb to open Seal 6 and launch the Day of the Lord. The Drama begins after seven last Plagues complete God's righteous judgments. See Ten Keys.

The Lamb opens Seal Six, and as soon as 144,000 Firstfruits to God and the Lamb are sealed on Mt. Zion, the Lamb rescues them and "reaps the wicked to the Winepress of God's great anger." Rev.14:1-19. This occurs with millions gathered to The Armageddon. The Storm Theophany and God's Decree (It is Done), Seal 6, Seal 7 and Trump 7 show the apocalyptic immensity of the crisis. DAY OF LORD

OBSERVATION EIGHT - Instead of Jews being "re-gathered to their land" at The Sign as taught by the Scofield Bible for over nine decades, Jesus gathers the Elect from earth to Himself. (Scofield Notes, P.1033, Point 5, prior to 1984 edition, refers to the Elect as Jews in Matt.24:31. The 1984 edition attaches the note to Matt.24:34 instead of verse 31). In order to maintain Scofield doctrine, one must deny Jesus describes the Rapture of the Elect "from earth to heaven in the days after great tribulation." That denial is withering to the faith of Martyrs and devastating to the Lord’s promise that He will raise up “all believers on the last day.” Mark 13:24,27, Jno.6:38-40. DAY OF LORD

OLIVE TREES AND TWO LAMPSTANDS - TWO PROPHETS. They fulfill Zech.4:11-14; Rom.11:23-36; Rev.11:3-11. One prophet, Elijah, represents Israel before the New Covenant people partake of Faith and the other, John, represents the Church in this present age ... until Israel, grafted back into her own natural Olive Tree, partakes of the New Covenant on the day Messiah comes out of Zion. Rom.11:17-27.

As a renewed people of God (Heb.8:8-13), their kingdom of righteousness spawns two sets of nations, the righteous sheep and the unrighteous goats. None of the sheep will die physically, but must partake of the fruit of the Tree of Life during the Millennium as well as during the "eternal" Kingdom which the Sheep Nations "inherit" when Christ hands the rulership of all things over to the Father that God might be all in all. The Bride of the Lamb "inherit" the Kingdom at Christ's coming and "inhabit" the New Jerusalem into which the Sheep Nations bring their glory and continue to eat of the leaves and fruit of the Tree of Life to maintain their healing. Matt.25:31-46; Ezek.47:12; Rev.21:24-26; Rev.22:2,14.

ONE TAKEN, ONE LEFT - Jesus describes the suddenness of His coming like lightning and then its effect upon unbelievers who react by "mourning and begging" for mercy or by rejecting His mercy for the last time. Almost everyone has assumed one of these two is a believer before Christ appears. If that were so, Jesus would not need to warn one of every Twosome to "remember Lot's wife." Nor would He add that "he who is willing to die may preserve his life." Luke 17:32,33. There is no question but that all Believers will be saved. If the unbeliever wants to live, he must beg for mercy, else he will be left to the vultures. Luke 17:37. Pre-Trib doctrine switched from "one taken to heaven in the rapture" to "one taken in judgment at the second coming." See "Last Trump Card Game" in DAY OF LORD. Meditation #22 to see both as Unbelievers.

PLAGUES - LAST PLAGUE - Last Plague of God's Anger empties before heaven's Temple opens for the Middle Path of Lastday events. Rev.15:8. The pivotal verse, Rev.15:5, ends the Outer Path and launches the Middle Path from Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5 and Rev.11:11-18.

When the Last Plague empties, God's anger is exhausted and His wrath about to explode. The Last Plague remains suspended in midair during all three Paths. For the wine of the Cup of God's wrath does not pour out upon all mankind until events of the Inner Path take place at the pivotal verse of Rev.11:19. That Inner Path goes from Rev.18:20 to Rev.19:11. Then the Storm Theophany launches  the Hour of Trial referenced in Luke 21:25-35; Rev.3:10 and described in Rev.16:18-21; Rev.19:15-21. Heaven opens for Christ to execute God's wrath on all who blaspheme His name.

A Great and Wonderful Sign anticipates the Drama in the Middle Path. All the Martyrs sing Moses' Song and 144,000 Jews, "Firstfruit to God and the Lamb," sing the Lamb's Song. Rev. 14:3,4, Rev.15:3,4. With the Last Plague suspended in midair, the Decree coming "out of the Temple, from the Throne," signals the Lamb to open of Seal Six because the Day of God's wrath has come.

POST-TRIB gathering of Saints - The strongest argument for this view is that "all the Saints" must come with Christ. I Thess.3:13, Zech.14:5-7 on the day that the sun darkens until twilight. He cannot come with all the Saints unless He first gathers them from "earth to heaven." Mark 13:27.

Jesus said He will "raise the Elect from earth to heaven in the days after the great tribulation ... that every believer will rise up on the last day." With that word of the Lord, that "every one who believes in Him will rise up," Paul added that this occurs for every believer "at His Presence." Modern scribes, including the proponents of a Pre-Wrath Rapture doctrine, ignore the plight of Believers, babies and children on the Day of God's Wrath by denying a Post-Plague Rapture.

A few subscribe to two "raptures" lest they deny that "when Christ appears, we (including Trib-Saints) shall appear with Him in glory." They claim a blessed hope of Titus 2:13 occurs at a Pre-Trib Rapture, that the "glorious epiphany of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ" does not include Great Tribulation Saints coming with Him in glory. See "No Fear of the Storm" by Tim LaHaye, 1992, P.63. He writes that: "Paul's blessed hope is the Rapture ... but the Glorious Appearing, on the other hand, is not for the Christian but for the remnant at the end of the tribulation ... If Christ does not rapture the Church before the tribulation, much of the hope is destroyed and thus it becomes a 'blasted hope.'"

Messiah's coming is also a "restored" hope for Jews. What is hope for the Jewish remnant is also the hope for all Trib-Saints, for both groups are "kept from the Hour of Trial." The one difference is that Trib-Saints, including the 144,000 Firstfruit unto the Lamb, are part of the Bride of the Lamb. They "inherit the kingdom" which the nation of Israel will head for 1000 years. The restored houses of Israel and Judah will lead all the nations to the worship of God, requiring the restoration of the Temple and sacrificial system ... not as a means of salvation but as the required testimony to their faith in Christ. David, the Prince, will establish the House of the Lord over all nations. Jer.34:14-26, Ezek.40-48, Heb.8:8-13. Their Kingdom is an eternal kingdom to be "inherited" by the Sheep Nations who must eat of the fruit and leaves of the Tree of Life for healing during the Millennium as well as throughout all eternity. Ezek.47:12, Rev.22:2, Rev.21:24-26.

PRE-ENDTIME - Three events precede the Endtime. One: The White Horse Rider represents the spread and defense of Democracy before and during the Seventh World Power under Babylon the Great. His victorious march (part of the restraint against evil) has been visibly operative since the defeat of Japan by the Bomb. From 1945 to 1989 the cold war was evidence the bomb represents  a MAD deterrent against total destruction (Mutually Avoidable rather than Mutually Assured)!

Two: Babylon rules a short time until God employs Ten Kings to remove the final restraint against evil forces for "committing fornication with all nations and rulers and tongues." Babylon the Great.

Three: Daniel's 70th Seven may begin with Mideast peace under the aegis of Babylon the Great. During the first half of the final Seven Believers must prepare for the Endtime or suffer great loss when Babylon is destroyed by fire in one hour. Rev.17:16; Rev.18:4-8.

PRETERISM - Preterists say God's Kingdom came in power (Mark 9:1) when the Temple was destroyed in AD 70. They see the end of the age and "Gentile times fulfilled" in AD 70 rather than at Christ's return in glory. Their greatest fault is to claim that "every eye saw Christ coming with all the Saints" in the first century. It allows no reference to His visible return after Gentile Times are finished. DAY OF LORD, KINGDOM

PRE-TRIB RAPTURE - Belief in a Pre-Seven-Year evacuation of Saints to heaven. Some prefer a Mid-Trib Rapture so as to escape the Great Tribulation of 3½ years. This teaching has become a "left behind" destiny for unbelievers and also a second "left-behind" destiny for those saved during the Endtime. Trib-Saints cannot be "left behind" since all the Saints must be gathered together above in order to come with Christ. I Thess.3:13.

Paul reveals, "by the word of the Lord," that every one who dies in the Lord must do so before the Rapture can occur. I Thess.4:15. "Because all the dead in Christ must rise first." I Thess.4:16. What was that word of the Lord? "Every Believer will rise up on the Lastday." John 6:38-40. Trib-Saints die "in the Lord" and their names are all written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Rev.13:8, Rev.17:8.

Paul reveals the dead in Christ arise at the sound of the Last Trump. "By the word of the Lord" he agrees that, after Jesus "gathers the Elect together above" (Mark 13:24,27), at a final sound of the Last Trump (the 7th Trumpet), He will send the angels to "gather these Elect together upon and out of all four wind directions in the heavens" on one of the days *after the tribulation.* Matt.24:29,31.

All Believers rise up on the last day. The pre-trib doctrine is based on half-truths which in turn excludes Trib-Saints from the requisite that "we must all be gathered above after the tribulation, on the last day and be changed in order to inherit the Kingdom." I Cor.15:52.

Flesh and blood may "inhabit" the Millennial kingdom but do not "inherit" the Kingdom given them from the foundation of the world until the Goat nations are separated from the Sheep nations at the end of the Millennium. Matt.25:31-46.

PRIMARY subjects of the Book of Revelation - Martyrs.

PRIMEKEY - The Primekey to Revelation refers to the 100 verses describing Lastday crises. This  is highlighted by a Great and Wonderful Sign in heaven which follows the Last Plague's suspension in mid-air, the decree out of the Temple and Heaven's Three-Act Temple Drama. The Drama is the focal point of the Lastday. What happens in 100 verses forms the Centerpiece of that Day. God's anger mixes "full strength in the Cup of Wrath" after the open Temple's Testimony, Seal Seven's Tribunal and Trump Seven's Triumph.

The Last Plague remains suspended until the wine of wrath's Cup destroys Babylon. Seal Six's warnings escalate during the Temple Drama after the Martyrs sing the Song of Moses and 144,000 Jews sing the Song of the Lamb. #VIII of TEN KEYS, CENTERPIECE

PROPHETIC TIME - Biblical Time, Short Time and Time, Times and Seasons

RAPTURE - Refers to "catching up at Christ's Presence of all who believe Jesus died and rose." Jesus "raises up every believer on the last day ... at His Presence. He gathers the Elect together above (episunago)." Jesus used this word for gathering the Elect from "earth to heaven after the great tribulation." Mark 13:24,27. He used it of angels "gathering the Elect from all extremities of the heavens." Matt.24:31. Paul used the noun form of this "word of the Lord," episunagog, for the meeting place of all who "believe He died and rose ... even the dead in Christ." 2 Thess.2:1. The "dead in Christ" include all Great Tribulation Martyrs. Rev.14:13. They join the survivors at His Presence when "God brings their souls with Him!" I Thess.4:13,14. DAY OF LORD

Pre-Trib Rapture teachers, prior to 1970, assumed "the ones taken" above referred to Church Saints who secretly disappear prior to the great tribulation. Since then, they switched "the ones taken" above to unbelievers taken in judgment at His apocalypse. Luke 17:30-35. Future Trib-Saints would be "left behind;" not appearing with Christ at the Rapture." Then they would be "left behind" a second time when Christ appears with the Church Saints.

This view denies many promises to Endtime Saints by saying they are saved too late for the Rapture, such as "we must all appear with Christ when He appears in glory." Trib-Saints cannot "appear with Him" if they are "left behind" in non-glorified bodies to bear children in the earthly Millennial Kingdom. Col.3:4. This view would have Church Saints ruling over Trib-Saints for a 1000 years! See Meditation #22 showing those taken and left refer to Unbelievers wherein one is "kept alive" among those that perish. He who is willing to die will be "kept alive" and the one "left" fed to the vultures. It is only of Unbelievers that Jesus says: "Remember Lot's wife" or be fed to the birds. Luke 17:37.

REAPING the Wicked - This must occur before the righteous are gathered above. Matt.13:30,38. The Hour to Reap (announced to the Son of Man in Rev.14:15 as having come) sees the wicked symbolically incarcerated in the "Winepress of great anger" before they are indicted in the Tribunal of Seal Seven and Daniel 7. The Last Martyr dies before the command from God on the Throne signals the "Hour of Judgment and Hour to Reap" have come. Rev.14:7,15. The Son of Man waits on a white cloud for an angel from heaven to inform Him: "Reap! The Hour to Reap has come." The Angel of Fire tells a third angel to collect what the Son of Man had just reaped. The Son of Man does not know the "hour of judgment" has come until the angels come from the Temple. Just as the Lamb does not know when to open Seal Six as the Sign of "the day of their wrath" until God's voice comes out of the Temple, from the Throne, declaring: "It is Done." Only then can the Martyrs enter the Temple for redress. Rev.15:8.

RESTRAINER - Paul wrote that Antichrist (the Lawless One) will not be revealed until the restrainer is "taken out of the way." We believe the final form of restraint against evil will exist under the Apostate world governance of Babylon the Great "for a short time." Rev.17:10. Removing the restrainer is an act of judgment which must "begin with the household of God." I Pet.4:17.

RESURRECTION - Christ was the Firstfruit of the dead, but the rest rise up at His Presence ... "each group in its own order" on the Lastday. I Cor.15:23. First, 144,000 Jews will be taken to heaven to sing the Song of the Lamb as the "Firstfruit" of the living. The Two Prophets will be raised up to join the martyrs in praising God. The Firstfruit of the Living Harvest need no resurrection. They attend the Lamb wherever He goes because the Lamb's first act following the great tribulation is to  rescue them from Mt. Zion immediately after they are sealed with His name.

Those who "sleep in Jesus" will come with Him from heaven to receive their resurrected bodies, to meet their surviving fellow-servants and be rewarded as all the Saints glorify His Person. That is why Jesus "brings His rewards with Him to reward every believer" and Paul teaches it occurs at His Presence with "all the Saints." Matt.16:27, Rev.22:12, I Thess.3:13. Martyrs will return to heaven to serve God in the Temple day and night for 1000 years. There would be no time left after the last martyr dies to serve God or to act as Pillars if the New Jerusalem came down from heaven at once. For no night nor Temple will exist therein during the Millennium.

In John 5:25,28, Jesus is not comparing a "resurrection" of the body with the rebirth of souls. This is so important for the proper interpretation of Rev.20. Neither does He contrast the present or past rebirth of our souls with a future resurrection of our bodies. There were several "hours" during which He raised the dead. "An hour is coming and now is." Lazarus was raised at one of these hours. There will be "an hour" when He raises up the Two Witnesses and "an hour" when He raises up all the Elect from earth to heaven ... including all the Martyrs.

Jesus was not talking about two kinds of resurrections, but of two destinies, one for the believer and one for the unbeliever. He did not speak in John 5:25 of the soul being resurrected on one hand and the body being resurrected on the other hand. The "now is" refers to anyone the Disciples or Jesus raised up from physical death, but the bodies of believers will be raised up on the last day.

It is a false hermeneutic to include the soul's rebirth in "THE first bodily resurrection" which included Jesus and will include the Two Prophets as part of that first resurrection before Christ appears in glory to raise up all the Saints. The subject is the physical resurrection, not the spiritual birth of the soul. Jesus is the "Firstfruit of the physically dead," but not of the spiritually dead. See Acts 26:23; I Cor.15:23. It is not a question of timing, but of subject matter, the final destiny of the body. Amillers remove the physical resurrection, the first for the Martyrs, and the only one mentioned for believers in Revelation, by changing it to a spiritual rebirth that has nothing to do with winning the highest possible reward promised to those who "die in the Lord and their works follow them" after the first resurrection. Rev.14:12,13.

Jesus is not dealing with two subjects at once. He is dealing only with the subject of physical resurrections. He does not need to recognize the time-span between the two because He thinks from God's viewpoint of time. He said He was "about to come in glory." So "an hour" refers to both resurrections without distinguishing a 1000 year time-gap. This lack of a time-gap in God's mind also applies to the "last enemy" to be destroyed. I Cor.15:26.

Jesus must reign until the LAST ENEMY is destroyed. I Cor.15:25. For Believers this occurs at Christ's second coming. But He and overcoming Believers must then "sit on thrones ruling the nations with an iron rod." We are risen with Christ spiritually, but we have not experienced "sitting on thrones on the earth to rule the nations with an iron rod." Rev.2:26,27.

The LAST ENEMY cannot be destroyed until the Sheep and Goat Nations are formed during the Millennium. Jesus, in Matt.25:32, anticipates their separation at the final rebellion when Satan is released from the Abyss for a short time. When Jesus comes, He does not "gather all the nations." He destroys the wicked and "those left of the nations that come against Jerusalem must come annually to worship God at Jerusalem." Zech.14:16; Rev.15:4.

So Jesus contrasts the physical resurrection of believers to that of unbelievers and their divergent destinies. Each verse (5:25,28) speaks of an hour that is "coming," one for Believers and one for unbelievers. But the Martyrs rise up in "THE first resurrection" just as Jesus rose up in "a first resurrection." Both verses use "erchetai" to indicate the reference applies strictly to each physical resurrection coming at a given, separate hour; but only Believers rise up on the last day of this age.

The prime reason, in Revelation for the first and only time, for mentioning 1000 years is that those  "beheaded by the Beast" in Rev.20 cannot begin to "serve God day and night in heaven's Temple" until every last one of them has been killed and God avenges their blood. Rev.6:9-11. This great number of souls, first mentioned in Rev.7:14-17, is then about to serve God as pillars in the Temple as promised in Rev.3:12.

In chapter 15:1-4 these "souls" martyred by the Beast sing the victory song of Moses because (and please note this especially) it is now time for the "NATIONS to come (to Jerusalem) to worship God!" It is the Lastday and Jesus is "about to rule the nations with a rod of iron." Rev.12:5; Rev.19:15! Survivors to the END are about to sit on thrones and share that iron rule. Rev.2:25-27.

So John sees them as "souls sitting on thrones" before the 1000-year reign begins. That reign depends on their participation in the "first resurrection." For in the process of that first resurrection, Jesus and the Two Prophets and the Elect, with all the martyrs, will meet together at the Synagogue in the Sky. I Thess.3:13; 2 Thess.2:1. The Apostles will sit on thrones to judge the 12 tribes of Israel and reign with all the Saints. They experience the 1000-year reign on earth while Martyrs serve God in heaven. Matt.19:28. See END.

REWARDS - "Ten Goals in Gathering the Elect Above." DAY OF LORD, Observation Five

SAINTS - Includes Endtime Believers and the 144,000 Jews. They "come with Christ." Rev.17:14, I Thess.3:13. To claim they are not part of the “gathering unto Jesus” places a disparaging question mark on Jesus' integrity. He promised to raise all Believers on the Lastday. Three times He repeated this is His Father's will ... so that not one is left out of those the Father has given Him. John 6:38-40. We dare not deprive Him of the fullness of glory for which He prayed and that we all might behold and share His glory. John 17:24.

SATAN - Cast from heaven as one of five Endtime Catalysts. Satan's banishment from heaven inspires his anger against the remnant. The Two Prophets partially thwart his efforts by feeding the remnant in the desert for 1260 days and performing any plague they wish. This is when "God's Kingdom power and Christ's authority" comes in fulfillment of Matt.16:28 and Rev.12:10,11. Satan turns in "wrath" against those having the "testimony of Jesus Christ" during the Endtime conflict. "They love not their life unto death and overcome Satan" by their testimony.

SCOFIELD Bible Notes - see DAY OF LORD, Observation Eight.

SEALED FOREHEADS - Those who are "sealed" in Rev.9:4 should include all Believers. But among them are 144,000 Jews who are sealed with a second seal in Rev.7:2,3 and are seen with a name given them by the Lamb on the Lastday. Two names appear on their foreheads in Rev.14:1. The sealing of the 144,000 occurs after The Sign of the Lastday. The Locusts "may not harm anyone except those NOT sealed since (by inference from Rev.7 and Rev.12:6,14) they are kept safe for 1260 days." God protects them and the Two Prophets provide food for them until the last day of great tribulation. Those being nourished and safe in the desert are off limits. The 144,000 "Firstfruit of the living harvest to God and the Lamb" are sealed with an additional name given them by the Lamb. Three names are given to overcomers who become pillars in the Temple! Rev.3:12.

SEAL ONE - The crown itself is given to the Horseman and then he continues to display the strength symbolized by that crown. His victorious march (part of the restraint against evil) has been operative since the defeat of Japan by the Bomb. From 1945 to 1989 the cold war was evidence that the bomb represented a MAD deterrent against total destruction (Mutually Avoidable rather than Mutually Assured)!

SEAL TWO - Occurs in the midst of Daniel's 70th Seven as the Red Horseman "takes peace from earth." God planned that mankind "subdue the earth" after it is populated. Modern inventions and technology are making global governance under Babylon the Great an imminent reality. But God will hate the admixture of "clay" with the "iron" of Democracy ... though the two do not "cling together." Dan.2:40-44. The end result of the White Horseman's crown, in the form of Great Babylon, will allow Ten Kings to work within the System until they "wound the 7th head of the Beast" of world power. Then Satan "heals" the wound as its final head is personified by the Beast from the Abyss. Antichrist "takes peace from the earth." Rev.6:3,4.

SEALS THREE AND FOUR - These encompass Endtime judgments that include Six of Seven Trumpets and Plagues. They do not constitute God's wrath, but reveal His righteousness and truth ... until there is no remedy except wrath. Seal Four, where death covers a quarter of the earth, allows a third of mankind to be killed by the armies of the Sixth Trumpet before they cross into Israel for Armageddon. God's righteous judgments, manifested by the Seven Last Plagues, are evaluated in the Great and Wonderful Sign of Rev.15:1-4. The Martyrs sing the Song of Moses because His righteous deeds show the time has come for "all nations to come and worship God."

SEAL FIVE - The Martyrs under the altar ask how long they must wait before God "judges and avenges their blood." They must wait a short time for His wrath ... "until the last one is killed who must be killed." Rev.6:9-11. God's anger fills His Cup of Wrath after the Two Prophets rise up from death and ascend to heaven, after the wicked are reaped to the Winepress in great anger for Seal Seven's Tribunal and after Christ is crowned King of kings. Rev.11:15-18

SEAL SEVEN - The Court Scene described by Daniel 7:9-27. This is Act Two of the Temple Drama. Rev.8:1-5. The first use of the Key Phrase (Rev.8:5) reveals the climax of history has come. The evidence in Seal Seven is written on the inner side of the open Scroll (Rev.8:6 to Rev.9:21). Understanding the order of events on the Lastday is an important key to the Book of Revelation. While the accusing evidence against the wicked is displayed in the open Scroll, it all actually occurs before Seal Seven opens. The Six Trumpets do not follow Seal Seven. They describe the past evidence found in the open Scroll when Seal Seven opens on the Lastday.

SEAL SIX - See PRIMEKEY and MY SEARCH

SECOND COMING - Term used for Christ's return in the clouds of heaven. Key Scripture text is Revelation 1:7: "Behold, He is coming with the clouds. Every eye will see Him and those who pierced Him coming with Him." The words "pierced Him" are critical. Do they refer only to Zech.12:10 and the House of David who will mourn when they look on the One they pierced? Does it mean "every eye will see Him ... EVEN those who pierced Him"? In that case, those who see Him coming may tend to implicate only the Jews.

Or should we read: "Every eye will see Him AND those who pierced Him"? In that case, the mourners see Him coming with those Believers who took part in crucifying Him. That means all Believers since Abraham. Those left on earth may mourn. He predicted that "they would see Him coming in the clouds of heaven ... will millions having already seen Him seated at the right hand of power." This dashes the Preterist's claim that Jesus had to come the second time in AD 70!

SEQUENCE KEY - Each of four FLASHBACKS climaxes with Lastday Signs. The Sign of the Lastday itself occurs prior to Christ's appearance. The First Flashback looks back from the final Holocaust having taken place (Rev.9:15-21) at "the appointed year, month, day and hour." It reveals Two Prophets demonstrating God's Kingdom Power against the Beast for 1260 days until "Time is no longer" and Act Three of the Temple Drama occurs. Its Lastday Sign sees the Two Prophets arise and ascend to heaven. Rev.10,11 is Flashback #1.

The Second Flashback describes the conflict between God and Satan since the birth of Christ until Satan's eviction from heaven when God's Kingdom visibly confronts Satan's two Beasts through the Two Prophets. It ends as the Lamb rescues 144,000 Jews from Mt. Zion and the "Son of Man reaps the wicked to the Winepress of great anger." Its Lastday Signs show three angels flashing messages of doom across the heavens. Rev.12:1 to 15:5 ... Flashback #2.

The Third Flashback reveals all the Martyrs and 144,000 "Firstfruit to God and the Lamb" singing the Songs of Moses and the Lamb before the Temple opens for a Three-Act Drama. A "Great and Wonderful" Lastday Sign shows the Angels with Seven Last Plagues having manifested God's righteous judgments in order that all the Martyrs and the "144,000 redeemed from earth" might petition God for "all nations to come to worship Him." The Plagues have been emptied as part of the Flashback, but the last Plague suspends in mid-air during Heaven's Temple Drama. Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5, Rev.11:15-19. Flashback #3 is Rev.15:6 to Rev.16:17.

The Fourth Flashback concerns the Pre-Endtime rise and rule of Mystery Babylon until she falls by God's judgment. This launches the Endtime. Ten Kings confiscate the System and support Antichrist. God judges Babylon, the System, when the Temple Drama ends. Both history's greatest quake and Christ appearing with all the Saints follow the Temple Drama. Then a series of world-quakes fill the Hour of Trial after Christ appears. Rev.18:20-24, Rev.16:18-21, Luke 21:25-35, Rev.3:10,11. Flashback #4 is Rev.17:1 to 18:19.

SEVENTY - Daniel's 70th "Seven" will begin with the peace treaty for the "final status" of Jerusalem. Its total length will be 2520 days (360x7). The first half will end with the destruction by Ten Kings of Great Babylon, the City, by Michael casting Satan from heaven to empower the Antichrist, by the Two Prophets sent from heaven to contest the Beast's power and demonstrate God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days and by the Ten Kings giving their collective support to the Beast in the global campaign to destroy Jews and Christians. It will end with the Beast killing the Two Prophets on day #2520. Christ will return in glory and power on one of the 3 days of death by the Two Prophets. That day begins with the whole (full) moon becoming as blood. The exact date cannot be set in advance. But the full moon factor will guide in knowing whether the "final status" treaty has actually begun when the papers are signed. PREPARE

SHORT TIME- Satan will "know when his time is short." Believers will "know the End is Near." Daniel's Endtime of 1290 days is "cut short," after the great tribulation, to 3½ days when the Two Prophets are killed. Chronos-Time ends. “God's Mystery was finished” before they rise up and Trump Seven is about to sound. Rev.10:6,7,11, Rev.11:6,7,11. There are three "short-time" periods: Babylon rules a "short time" until Satan is cast from heaven knowing he has a "short time." After Christ's reign on earth, Satan's second "short-time" after being bound 1,000 years ends with a new heaven and earth and Satan cast to Hell. Rev.17:10, Rev.12:12, Rev.20:3,7-11.

SIGNS - Two Signs are given by Jesus for the Day He is revealed: The Sign of the Day of the Lord and the sign of the Son of Man. Matt.24:29,30. He separates them by saying "no man knows the Day or the Hour." This reveals the Sign of that Day is "after great tribulation" and the Sign of His Presence after He is crowned King of kings. Revelation describes in 100 verses over twenty events between the day and the hour. The popular view sees 42 months between the Sign and Christ's coming. The "Left Behind" fiction series sees 63 months between Seal Six and Christ's return. What a negation to what Jesus said! When the truth is acknowledged, Believers will unite on viewing the Day of the Lord as a single solar 12-Hour Day.

SINGULAR DAY OF EVENTS - “All these things happens.” DAY OF LORD, Observation Two. A plural subject with a singular verb is unique in the Synoptic Gospels but only in reference to all that happens on the Day Christ appears in glory! Matt.24:34, Mark 13:30, Luke 21:32.

SON OF MAN - Israelis know, from Daniel, "the Son of Man will come with all the Saints to give them the Kingdom." Dan.7:22-27. When Jesus urges those standing there to "beg to escape the hour of trial to come on all those dwelling on all the face of all the earth ... and to stand before the Son of Man," He is not speaking to or of the Saints or the 144,000 Jews who will have already been "gathered above and appeared at His Presence." Saints are "kept from that Hour" (Rev.3:10) without begging. Just as Israel knows the DAY of the Lord is HERE when the sun ceases to shine, so they know their "Kingdom is NEAR" when they see the Son of Man appear with all the Saints. Luke 21:27,28,31,35,36, Isa.13:6.

"There is no evidence in Judaism that the Son of Man was ever understood as an Angel" (Darrell L. Bock, Baker's Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament, Vol.2, 1994, Page 1684). Israel will recognize Him coming on the clouds with Believers who pierced Him. Zech.12:10, Rev.1:7.

STRONG DELUSION - The "teaching" that says Christ will take millions suddenly to heaven before Antichrist appears sets the stage for the strong delusion. This error is part of "the lie" that declares: "Christ is not coming. All things remain as they were since the creation." And so this doctrinal error proposed by the "crazy people" will be turned against them. They will be killed because Peter warns those who "twist the teaching of Paul will do so to their own destruction." 2 Peter 3:16. For Paul taught: "The Lawless One must be revealed before the Day of the Lord"... before the Day all the Saints meet Jesus Christ at the "gathering place above." 2 Thess.2:1.

Another part of the "delusion" will be a reaction and rebellion against the truth that Christ alone is the way to heaven. All religions will become as One. The rebellion is now building among opposing religious groups as Satan's supreme distortion of the truth.

"SYNAGOGUE in the Sky" - Lastday has coined this phrase to reflect Paul's use of the noun form of sunago to indicate the "gathering place above unto Jesus." 2 Thess.2:1. “Epi” appears before and after “sunagog” to reveal this truth we have placed in quotes. Jesus uses the verb epi-sunago in Mark 13:27 and Matt.24:31 for “gathering the Elect together above.”

TEMPLE DRAMA - Act One: All martyrs and 144,000 Jewish Firstfruits praise God and the Lamb. Act Two: The Court presents the evidence of six Trumpet Judgments against the wicked and hears the prayers of the Saints. Act Three, Christ crowned King of kings, God’s wrath is announced. "God's wrath has come and the appointed (kairos) Time to judge and reward prophets and Saints." All Saints come with Him after He gathers us from earth to heaven and angels gather us together out of the four winds to the Synagogue in the Sky. Altar, Martyrs, 144,000

TEN KEYS - Basic to understanding the Book of Revelation. CENTERPIECE, TEN KEYS

TENSION COMPLEX - We avoid any complexity about the time Christ returns by "knowing when the End is Near"... right up to the Day Christ appears. We cannot expect to know this until Antichrist, the Abomination of Daniel, stands in the Temple. Jesus removes this Tension Complex about the time He comes by telling us when to "know the End is Near." We propose that no such tension should exist. Tension arises by failing to realize that what is "about to happen" includes Lastday events. Or it arises by not heeding Jesus' caution to recognize false teachers. We cannot know the Day is Near until the Abomination stands in the Temple. Matt.24:15,21,33.  DAY OF LORD, Observation Two and Five

TEN TOES - Not the same as Ten Kings in Daniel or Ten Heads of the Beast in Revelation. Ten Toes and Babylon the Great grow out of extended influence of the Roman Empire and the iron of Democracy. Ten Kings are part of the global System, destroy the City and confiscate the System because of God's judgment on Babylon's sin of "fornication" with all the nations.

TEXT KEY - Lastday events employ 100 verses, 25 percent of Revelation, 40 percent of the prophetic text from Rev.6:1 to Rev.20:6. These verses in Revelation describe Lastday Events. One of TEN KEYS

THE SIGN - The sun refuses to shine, the moon turns to blood and the stars fall from heaven. "The Sign" of the Hour of His Presence differs from The Sign of that Day, Matt. DAY OF LORD, Observation Six. Matt.24:29,30 distinguishes between these two signs.

THIEF-DAY - Day of the Lord, Armageddon-day. Rev.16:15,16. Jesus links this Day with His coming to destroy the wicked. Thief-day in reality applies only to unbelievers. No Believer will be surprised. It occurs after great tribulation and the deaths of Two Prophets ... with armies gathered from the East. The concept of a Pre-Trib Rapture assumes Christ comes as a thief prior to the great tribulation. It assumes the Saints disappear before THE SIGN of that Day! That day comes as a thief, but not to Believers. I Thess.5:2,4, Rev.16:15. MY SEARCH and Observation Two

TIME - Future countdown "Biblical KAIROS Time," inoperative from Dan.9:26 to Midweek of Dan.9:27 and from Rev.12:5 to Rev.12:6, fulfills the "3½ times" of Dan.7:25, Dan.12:7 and Rev.12:14. Daniel 9:26b was fulfilled in AD 70. Jesus refers indirectly to Daniel's prophetic Time period in Matt.16:28 when the Two Prophets and others "will not taste death ... until their task is finished ... until Chronos Time is no longer in the days Trump Seven is about to sound.

Kairos Time is when Jesus Christ is about to come to judge and reward all the Saints, the living and dead who are in Christ. Mark 9:1, Rev.11:7, Rev.10:6,7, Rev.11:18, 2 Tim.4:1. Only Rev.11:18 uses “kairos” of Lastday events. The Endtime is the NOW of God's Kingdom Power for 3½ kairoi times or Daniel's "time, times and half a time." It fulfills Matt.16:27 where Christ is "about to come"... the "appointed time for those standing here" in the situation of God's Kingdom Power. In OVERVIEW, search Time Span. Biblical Time, Times and Seasons

TIME KEY - Under TEN KEYS, see Time Key for difference between "when" and "whenever" in what is "about to happen." This Key arises from recognizing that what was (and still is) "about to happen" applies to "whenever" the Endtime climaxes with "the unknown day." Jesus puts that day "in the days after the tribulation." The Endtime is triggered by five "Catalysts." DAY OF LORD is triggered by The Sign given by Jesus, Revelation and the prophets. MY SEARCH

TIMES AND SEASONS- Chronos Time in general is an indefinite period until Daniel's 3½ "times" begin with five "Catalysts." Dan.7:25; Dan.12:7; Rev.12:14. Fulfillment of the appointed plural Kairos Times of Luke 21:24, and above 3 verses, points specifically to Daniel's Endtime. "Chronos Time is no longer when Trump Seven is about to sound." Daniel's Kairoi Times climax Gentile Times on the day the Two Prophets are killed ...with up to 3½ days remaining before the 1290 days of Dan.12:11 are "cut short" on the Lastday! Matt.24:22. The single "Kairos Time" appointed for God's wrath and to judge and reward all the Saints, small and great," occurs on the first Day of the Lord's 1000 year rule on earth. That day climaxes with the Three-Act Temple Drama in heaven. Rev.10:6,7, Rev.7:9 to Rev.8:5 and Rev.11:15-18. See ENDTIME, SEVENTY

Prophetic "Times and Seasons" count when the Two Prophets begin their 1260 day task. Chronos Time in general ends so that the "Chronous times of restitution" may begin under the Two Prophets and be completed when Daniel's Endtime is cut short at Christ's coming. Until then, "He must remain in heaven." Acts 3:21. Christ was and is "about to come" even during the Prophets' "days of death." They are among "those who will not taste death until after God's Kingdom comes in power." Matt.16:28, Rev.12:10, Rev.11:3-12.

TRANSLATION KEY - God's anger is completed prior to Cup of Wrath. See DAY OF LORD

TRIBULATION - Great Tribulation, Rapture, Pre-Trib Rapture, Post-Trib Gathering; Trib-Saints.

Predicted in Dan.7:9-27. Fulfilled at Seal Seven. Rev.8:1-5. Since no one knows in advance when the last Martyr dies, Seal Seven opens with the uncertain timing of "whenever." All the other Seals open with the ordinary "when." The Lastday begins with the Decree out of the Temple "when" Seal Six opens; but the "whenever" underscores the fact that, even with the Day of the Lord having begun, only the Father knows when the Last Martyr dies and three angels are sent to the Son of Man with the command to "Reap" the wicked into the Winepress of God's great anger. Then the Great and Wonderful Sign appears in heaven's first scene on the Lastday. All the Martyrs and the 144,000 appear before God, seated on a river of fire to symbolize God's great anger. They sing the songs of Moses and the Lamb just prior to the Drama in the open Temple. Rev.15:1-5; Rev.7:9-17.

TRIB-SAINTS - Prime subjects of Revelation are Martyred Saints whose souls are among those that "God brings with Jesus" when He raises all Believers above and sends angels to "gather resurrected (and surviving) Saints from all extremities of the heavens. He gathers them to meet Him at the Synagogue in the Sky on one of the three days after the great tribulation." The Two Prophets also arise on that day. I Thess.4:13-17; 2 Thess.2:1; Mark 13:24,27; Matt.24:29,31; Rev.11:12.

The 144,000 Israelis do not suffer death and are not among survivors being raised up with the martyrs. The 144,000 are sealed, the Firstfruit to God and the Lamb, and He takes them to heaven to sing the Song of the Lamb prior to the Temple Drama. They accompany the Lamb from Mt. Zion as His trophies...the Firstfruit of the living harvest.

All Saints rise up on the last day; each group in its own order." John 6:39,40,44,54; I Cor.15:23. Jesus "gathers the Elect from earth to heaven on a day and at an hour known only to the Father...after 1260 days of tribulation." That day alone qualifies for the Two Prophets to rise up, 144,000 Firstfruit taken to heaven and the Elect gathered to meet Christ. He appears on the Day of the Lord beginning with The Sign. Mark 13:24,27,32, Rev.11:7,11.

TRUMP SEVEN - Trump Seven is not a prolepsis of events that are still future because this last Trumpet introduces Kairos-Time for events of the Lastday. There are Twenty Reasons the 7th Trump sounds on the Lastday. "Time and God's Mystery are finished whenever Trump Seven is about to sound." Rev.10:6,7. As the Last Trump, it sounds more than once. It announces "God's wrath has come;" and with it, on the same day, "the appointed time to judge and reward the prophets and saints and those who fear His name, SMALL AND GREAT, and to destroy the wicked." Seven sounds immediately after Seal Seven's Tribunal!

TRUMP SIX - This Trumpet and Plague Six describe armies gathering for Armageddon after they destroy a third of mankind in one hour. God's wrath has not begun; for the Plagues "exhaust His anger" first. Rev.9:15.

TWO PROPHETS - Demonstrate God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days. They are the Two Lampstands and Two Olive Trees who fulfill the prophecies of Zech.4, Rom.11 and Rev.11. The Beast kills them in the days when "Time is no longer (in the days after great tribulation); when Trump Seven is about to sound." These Two finish their task and ascend to heaven in Rev.11:12-14 just before Trump Seven occurs and Kairos-Time occurs. Rev.10:6,7. This shows they fulfill Christ's Mandate during the last half of Daniel's 70th Seven. It also shows Revelation is not written with a chronological order in mind. All the Martyrs appear on the Lastday in Act One of the Temple Drama ... FOUR chapters prior to Trump Seven. John knows what its all about as he talks to one of 24 elders Rev.7:12-14. Why John is one of the Two Prophets: APOSTLE, Observation One, Catalysts, Chronology, Endtime

WATCH - Christ commends believers who "watch and wear their garments" right up to Armageddon Day. He intended the generation that sees "all these things happening," including the Day He appears (Luke 21:28,36), should apply only to those knowing the "Endtime is Here and the End is Near." Jesus intends for us to expect Him when "Time is no longer ... in the days Trump Seven is about to sound and God's mystery is finished." Rev.10:6,7.

WOUND - Beast of Revelation changes from an image of world power to the person of Antichrist as its 7th head is "wounded" (Babylon falls) and then "healed" as the Beast from the Abyss. This is one of five Catalysts that launch Daniel's Endtime period before Christ returns. Antichrist will not be raised from the dead by Satan. The "Beast" does not begin to represent Antichrist as a person until the Beast no longer represents the global rule of Babylon the Great. Her destruction as a City, by the Ten Kings, constitutes the "wound" that Satan heals by the Beast coming up out of the Abyss. Rev.17:8,11.

This Glossary of Definitions began as of July 20, 1999.

Also on July 20 President Clinton and Prime Minister Barak reached a broad new understanding that significantly enhances the unique bilateral relations between the U.S. and Israel, and raises their friendship and cooperation to an even higher level of strategic partnership. This new partnership is designed to underpin their joint effort to put an end to the Arab-Israeli conflict and achieve a comprehensive peace in the Middle East."

On September 4, the parties agreed to implement the Wye River agreement and chose September 10 or 13, 2000, for the "final status" and peace of Jerusalem. Speculation about the Endtime having begun will continue until "one of many" signers reveals himself as the Covenant breaker. Breaking the Covenant is one of five Catalysts that launch the Endtime.
