DANIEL'S SEVENTY SEVENS

BIBLICAL TIME

God’s timing of events was prophesied by Daniel in response to his prayer for his own people Israel. This timing of events concerns the future of the nations as well as Israel. In chapter 7, Daniel reveals the Endtime prophecy of 3½ times which will climax with Christ’s coming from heaven with all the Saints. And for what purpose? "To give the kingdom under the whole heaven unto the people of the Saints." Dan.7:27.

"The Saints will receive the kingdom under the whole heaven and possess it for all ages to come. But not until the 3½ times are finished." That is obviously the reason the Saints who overcome will rule the nations with a rod of iron at the End. Rev.2:25-27; Dan.7:18,22,25-27.

God’s court of judgment will sit when the Son of Man comes on the clouds to heaven having just reaped the wicked to the winepress of God’s great anger from a white cloud. Rev.14:14-19; Dan.7:13,22. The Beast of Daniel and Revelation will have "devoured the entire earth, trodden it down and crushed it and will have overpowered the Saints until the end of the prophecy." Dan.7:21,23,25; Rev.13:5-7.

"Then the Saints will come with the Son of Man to give the dominion under the whole heaven to the people of the Saints." These people refer to Israel as an ethnic nation yet to be redeemed and yet to become possessors of the covenant land promised to the seed of Abraham ... land that extends from the Euphrates River even to the great river Nile in Egypt. Gen.15:18. That promise must yet be fulfilled so that, as a result, all nations come annually to worship God at Jerusalem! Zech.14:16; Rev.15:4.

Gabriel told Daniel that he would reveal to him what will happen "in the final period of indignation ... at the appointed Endtime." Up to that point Daniel did not understand the vision. Dan.8:16,19. He did not see how the suffering of God's people at the End of Time fit into the future of Israel. Gabriel clearly distinguishes between the nations and Israel as the people of the Saints. That too has not yet happened because "all dominions will serve and obey the Son of Man. " Dan.7:27.

Finally, Gabriel explained that 70 Sevens had been decreed for his people and the holy place in Jerusalem. Dan.9:24. We have learned that 69 Sevens would be fulfilled from the decree to restore Jerusalem (BC 445) to Messiah the Prince (on Palm Sunday) but that He would be "cut off (five days) after" that. The only way that the 70^th Seven can be fulfilled is for Messiah to come with the Saints at the Endtime to give the kingdom to Israel after the Beast has been cast into Hell! Dan.7:27.

Daniel's Seventy Sevens of prophetic years were calculated on the basis of solar years of 365 days but fulfilled on a 360-day continuous countdown allowing any given date to fall on the same day of the week and month just once every seven years. This is the basic secret of the Sevens. Each cycle of seven involved the calculation of 365.25x7 days or 2536.75 days that were overlaid and fulfilled on cycles of 360x7 or 2520 days. The wise men figured out that each cycle in the prophecy was being fulfilled by 2520 days. They recognized, especially from Dan.12:11, that the entire prophecy involved a multiple of 30-day months.

The first 69 sets of seven were fulfilled in 476 solar years from BC 445 to AD 32. Those 476 years or 68 solar sevens were actually 21 days short of 69 Biblical sevens (69x7 or 483 years) as required by Gabriel. The prophecy from the decree for Nehemiah, on Nisan 30 in BC 445, to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, until Christ's presentation as King called for 69 sevens. Dan.9:24-27. They knew there were close to 483 years of 360 days in 476 years of 365.25 days. (445-1=444+32=476). This 476, divided by 7, equals 68 cycles for a total of 173,859 days or 68x365.25x7. But 69x2520 equals 173,880 days, only 21 more days. The prophecy began to be fulfilled in the Jewish month Nisan. Nisan 30 to be exact. Neh.2:1. The following month of Iyar began the first month’s countdown.

God’s Timing is exact. The day for fulfillment is set by three Old Testament verses. Christ rode into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, Nisan 9, exactly 69 Biblical sevens of years (173,880 days) after the second Sunday of Nisan, BC 445. Zech. 9:9. But this day was 173,859 days from the Decree of Nisan 30, BC 445 ... 21 days before Nisan 30, Palm Sunday, Nisan 9.

Jesus was "cut off" five days after Palm Sunday on Friday, Nisan 14, AD 32, exactly 69 Biblical sevens (173,880 days) from the 2nd Friday of Nisan 14, BC 445. This fulfilled Passover for the 69th time on that day as required by Lev.23:5. Christ rode into Jerusalem on the 69th anniversary of the 2nd Sunday of Nisan, BC 445 ... based on a continuous 360-day countdown! Jesus wept because His people did not recognize their day of visitation fulfilled Zech.9:9. See Luke 19:41-44.

Twenty-one days after Christ entered Jerusalem was the 69th x 7 or 483rd anniversary date since the decree of Nisan 30, 445 BC. The extra days of each solar year produced 2499 days for the 69th Biblical Seven (476x5¼ =2499); 21 short of the 2520 needed for the 69th Seven. The last available day to fulfill the 69th cycle of 2520 days was Nisan 9, Palm Sunday. The anniversary of the Decree by Artaxerxes, Nisan 30, was repeated in 69 sets of seven. It occurred on the same day and week of every 84th month ... on a 360-day "calendar" from BC 445 to AD 32.

Jesus Christ, hailed as King, fulfilled the prophecy three weeks before the decree's anniversary date of 69 Sevens. The exact number of fewer days available in those 476 years reveals God's omniscience. (68x7 or 476 x 365¼ = 173,859 days. 69x7 or 483 x360 = 173,880 days). The solar count was exactly 21 days short.

This is easily checked by noting each seven called for 2520 days but that 68x7x5¼=2499. From BC 445 to BC 1 was 444 years. Adding 32 gets 476. But that is one seven short of 483 Biblical years (7x69)! Robert Anderson discovered this phenomenon over a hundred years ago. What he failed to see is that each seven-year cycle began and ended on the same day of the week just 69 times on a 360-day set of sevens... once every 84 months. He did not realize that any given day fell on the same day of the week but once in seven years. See charts below.

In October of 1996, I saw how God caused the full number of 173,880 Biblical days to be cut 21 days short in order to force fulfillment of Daniel's 69th seven on Palm Sunday, Nisan 9, in AD 32. Five days later, Passover fell on Friday close to the end of the decree's 69th anniversary. I also discovered exactly 2520 days separated any given day of the month from one seven-year cycle to the next...69 times over the entire expanse of sevens. The term "seventy sevens" is based on this unique fact that each cycle began on the first day of every 12th month following the original month that began on Saturday and ended on the fifth Sunday of Nisan!

Nisan 14 was always to be chosen as Passover day. It fell on Friday just 69 times in the prophetic cycles. Passover was observed in the spring of the year...a time that was impossible to keep on a solar or strictly lunar calendar. Passover would occur in the fall or winter at times on a solar calenday and was sometimes a month off on the Hebrew calendar. The Jews use a lunar calendar with an average annual count of 354 days. So they make up the difference of 11 days each year by inserting an extra 30-day month seven times over a nineteen-year period (19x11=209; 7x30=210 to cover a leap year).

On a 360-day annual countdown, every seventh month began on the same day of the week. But every seventh month beginning on a Saturday was a different month of the year until the 84th month. Only then did Nisan 14 occur on a Friday and Nisan 30 on the fifth Sunday. See charts below.

One chart shows each succeeding month began two days later in the week and every year began three days later in the week. So it took seven years for a month like Nisan to begin on a Saturday and Passover to occur on Friday, Nisan 14. Because of this pattern, it was necessary that Christ should die on a Friday in AD 32!

Christ could not have died on a Friday at the end of the previous cycle of seven in AD 25. He did not begin His ministry until the fall of AD 28. He died at 33½ in the spring of AD 32. Jesus was born September 11, BC 3 on a Gregorian calendar. Six hundred Planetariums present this computerized discovery at the end of each year. See "The Star that Astounded the World" by Ernest L Martin, Ph.D. Published by ASK Publications, P.O. Box 25000, OR. 97225. Page 85. The only Friday on which Jesus could die was Nisan 14, AD 32. The September 11 date that qualified for His birth was BC 3 on a Gregorian calendar (The first day of the civil year, Tishri 1, BC 2 on a Jewish Calendar) if 445 BC is the correct starting date. The only possible year for Nisan 14 to occur on Friday of the 69th set of sevens was AD 32.

Likewise, the only possible day for Palm Sunday was Nisan 9, the 2nd Sunday...just 21 days before the decree's 69th anniversary, the fifth Sunday of Nisan! If the Triumphal Entry had occurred on the 8th, Passover would have occurred on Saturday. If He had ridden into Jerusalem on the 10th, the decree's anniversary date could not have occurred in the month of Nisan. Christ fulfilled Zech.9:9 five days before Nisan 14 and fulfilled Passover 16 days before the decree's anniversary. He was the Passover Lamb on the only day it fell on Friday in a period of seven years on either side of AD 32! To stay within the 69th Biblical cycle, Jesus’ death had to occur just five days after the close of the 68^th solar cycle of seven!

Messiah the King was "cut off (5 days) after" the 69th Biblical cycle was forced to end on Nisan 9. Dan.9:26a. His death did not occur during the 70th Seven. The End of the prophecy, including the entire 70th Seven, required the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple after the 68th Solar cycle. This was predicted in Dan.9:26b and again when Jesus wept because the Jewish leaders did not recogize the importance of Palm Sunday. Luke 19:43. There was no 69th or 70th Solar Cycle of Sevens. Jerusalem was destroyed 38 years after the 68th Solar Cycle was terminated on Nisan 9, AD 32.     

The 173,859th day of those 476 solar years was Palm Sunday, Nisan 9. This second Sunday, Nisan 9, had occurred precisely 69 times on a prophetic countdown of 2520 days.

The wise men calculated the time of Jesus' birth from Dan.9:24 and from the reality of 30-day months from Dan.12:11. From Zechariah they knew Messiah (the Branch and yet a Priest) would be hailed as king within 30 years after they came to worship Him. At about age 30 Luke says He started His ministry.

After The Star appeared to the Wise Men, they computed that in the autumn, at the start of AD 1 on a Hebrew calendar, a prophetic 360-day calendar was 451.5 years from the spring of BC and not just 445 years...445x365.25 % 360=451.5. They could ascertain the expected birth year. Jesus was 2 1/2 in the spring of AD 1 and age 30 in the autumn of AD 28. Adding (30x365.25 % 360=) 30.5 to 451.5 above results in all but one year of the 69th seven. The Wise Men came to worship Jesus in less than two years after His birth.

Counting from BC 445 to 438 for the first 7-year cycle, and every seven years through BC 4 and AD 4 to AD 32, we find 68 cycles on a solar calendar, but 69 cycles for the Biblical countdown! See Chart #3 below and chapter on God's Timing. Christ entered Jerusalem 21 days before Nisan 30 of the 483rd anniversary (of 69 cycles of seven) since 445 BC.

In order for His death to occur on Friday, Nisan 14, every 84th recurrence of Nisan 14 was five days later than Nisan 9, a Sunday. Nisan 1 was a Saturday and Nisan 9 and 30 were on a Sunday...once every 2520 days. The charts show the pattern for every seventh anniversary...with each 84th month (the specific month of Nisan) starting Saturday and ending Sunday.

I edited this chapter as of Dec.15, 2002 after realizing the Hebrew Calendar of 19-year cycles repeated exactly 25 times and covered the same period as the date of Christ’s birth counting backward from 9/11, AD 31 to 9/11, BC 445. From that date in BC 445 to the same date in AD 31, on a prophetic countdown, it was 482 years. This was within one year of being 476 solar years on a Hebrew calendar! The extra year was made up of 365 days...with five months from April 16 (Nisan 9) to 9/11 in BC 445 plus seven months from 9/11, AD 31 (Tishri 1) to Nisan 14 (April 16), AD 32 (Tishri 1).

The almost inconceivable fact is that the same date, Nisan 9 on the Prophetic Calendar, began and ended the 68 Solar Sevens (of 173,759 days between the decree of 445 BC and Palm Sunday, AD 32) just as Nisan 14 began and ended the 69 Prophetic Sevens of 173,880 days! See God's Timing, slide #23,24.  

This was confirmation of my discovery in 1996 that the 69 sevens were fulfilled in 68 cycles of solar sevens with Passover on a Friday only once every 7^th year. Passover occurred on Friday of the Biblical overlay every seven years and on the Jewish calendar during the same week of Nisan every 19th year. This feature of 84 thirty-day months must also apply to the 70^th Seven. 

This was also confirmation of God's exact timing. The beginning and ending date on the Solar Calendar for the 475 years (and also the 25 cycles of 19 years on the Hebrew Calendar) was 9/11 (Tishri 1) in BC 445 and AD 31 for the date on which Christ was born. And the beginning and ending date on the Prophetic Calendar was April 16 in BC 445 and AD 32 (Nisan 9) overlaid on a solar calendar for the date on which Christ fulfilled Zech.9:9 by riding into Jerusalem on a donkey and being hailed as King of the Jews!!

But because He was rejected and His kingdom was then only a spiritual Kingdom, He must come a second time to bring His literal reign to earth and establish the Kingdom for Israel as Jesus predicted in Luke 21:31...when the "indignation is past and the time appointed has come that all nations will serve and obey the Son of Man." Dan.7:27, Dan.8:19. 

The 70th Seven will begin with Jerusalem's "final status." See #Seventy. The Temple worship allowed by Rev.11:1,2a will cease at the end of 1260 days. Another 1260 days will ensue as God's Two Prophets manifest God's Kingdom Power. They will be killed at the end of their 1260-day task. That will fulfill the 2nd half of #70's prophetic cycle. The final 30 days of Dan.12:11 will be cut short by all but up to three days! Rev.11:7-12.

CHART ONE: 

NISAN 14 OCCURRED ONCE EVERY 7 YEARS ON FRIDAY.

Each month after Nisan began 2 days later in the week. Each year 3 days later....           

Since Nisan began on Saturday in BC 445, it began on Tuesday in BC 444............. 

But the month following Nisan began on Monday as seen below...................Successive Months and Total Months

Every month begins TWO days later than the day on which the previous month began.  But every year begins THREE days later than the day on which the previous year began. 

The month of Nisan that began in BC 445 started on Saturday. The month of Nisan that closed each seven-year cycle began on a Saturday. In between, the month of Nisan started the first year on Tuesday, the second on Friday, the third on Monday, the fourth on Thursday, the fifth on Sunday and the sixth on Wednesday. This chart vividly displays why the 69^th cycle ended as it began with the month of Nisan appearing as seen in Chart Three below.

The result is that twelve Sevens of months (84) equal one Seven year cycle. Sixty-Nine cycles occurred from BC 445 to AD 32. Every 7^th month begins on Saturday. But only month 84 of each cycle begins Nisan on Saturday! Every 7 years Nisan began on Saturday with Passover on Friday, the 14^th.  See Charts Two and Three below.  

In Chart Two next, we see how 476 solar years produced just 68 sevens. That is seven years short of the 483 prophetic years required from BC 445 to AD 32. Each seven-year period equals 2520 days (360x7).

In order to put all of this in simple perspective, this next chart shows there are only 68 sevens from BC 445 to AD 32. We need 69 sevens. The first of the 68 sevens ended in BC 438. The second ended in 431. We will note the 68^th seven brings us to AD 32. Each 7-year cycle ends on Sunday, Nisan 30, AND the first day of that month is a Saturday. 

CHART TWO: Beginning in BC 445, the first seven ends on Nisan 30 in BC 438. The final seven ends in AD 32. Only 68 solar sevens produced a full number of 24-hour days. Sixty-nine solar sevens produces an incomplete number of days. This is highly significant as the exclusive way to get a full number of calculable as well as fulfilled 24-hour days!

SEVEN YEAR CYCLES FROM BC 445 . . . TOTAL CYCLES

The above chart produces 68 sevens or 173,859 days (365.25 x 68 x 7). The prophecy required 69 sevens.

The Biblical Month calendar is the only way to get 69 sevens (360x69x7) or 173,880 days. But there were 21 fewer days available on a solar calendar from BC 445 to AD 32. The 69th Biblical seven was made up by all but 21 days (68 x 5.25=2499; 360 x 7=2520). The Passover fell 69 times on Nisan 14, a Friday. If Christ had died in AD 25, it would have been too soon. If He had died in AD 39 (seven years later), it would have been too late. If He were born in BC 4 rather than BC 2 (BC 3 on a Gregorian calendar), the decree would have been in BC 447 instead of BC 445.

CHART THREE: Nisan as it appeared once every seven years!

This shows the relation of Palm Sunday on Nisan 9; the Passover at the only time in seven years that it occurs on Friday; and the Decree's Anniversary date. Because the Decree was made on the last day of Nisan, the countdown begins with the following month as #1 (in Chart One above).  The recurrence of Nisan appears exactly as this Chart shows only once in 84 months.   

The 69 cycles ended as above to forcibly fulfill Palm Sunday on Nisan 9. The 69^th Anniversary date was Nisan 30. Any other day after the 9^th for Palm Sunday would have been too late for the 69^th Anniversary in the same month. Palm Sunday on the 8^th would have forced Passover to occur on Saturday, Nisan 15! Exodus and Leviticus required Passover to fall on the 14^th!

Messiah was "cut off (5 days) after" Nisan 9. Daniel 9:26 requires that He would be "cut off after 68 solar sevens" of years were completed; but not during the 70th Biblical Seven. His death had to occur before the end of what would have been 69 Biblical sevens. Wars were determined to continue until the destruction of the Temple and until the End of the 70th Seven. The last day of 476 solar sevens of years was Nisan 9, Palm Sunday. That day terminated the Biblical 69^th countdown just 21 days short of the 2520 days needed (2520-2499 = 21days).

So the 476-year period from BC 445 to AD 32 was short by 21 days of the number needed to reach Nisan 30, the Decree's 69th Biblical anniversary date. Each year's 5.25 extra solar days accumulated 2499 days to reach Palm Sunday. Subtracting 21 days from the 68^th solar Anniversary date of Nisan 30 forced the fulfillment of 69 Biblical sevens on Nisan 9. The intent of the prophecy was to complete sixty-nine sevens until Messiah the Prince rode into Jerusalem to fulfill Zechariah 9, verse 9. Passover was five days "after" the 2^nd Sunday, on Nisan 14, for the 69th time. Messiah the Prince was "cut off after" fulfilling Zechariah; but the 69^th seven ended three weeks early.

Jesus fulfilled Zechariah by riding into Jerusalem on the colt of a donkey. Five days "after that," Exodus 12:14 and verse five of Lev.23 were fulfilled by Jesus as the Passover Lamb. God's omniscience shone forth in the final month to force the recognition of “Messiah the Prince” on Palm Sunday ... with Passover falling on Friday, Nisan 14, for the 69^th time.  Daniel 9, verse26.

The so-called secret Bible Code, in the Hebrew text of Daniel 12:4,9, published in 1997, points to the Endtime significance by referencing the Jewish year 5757 in the text. That year began in September of 1996. "The Mysterious Bible Codes," by Grant R. Jeffrey, Word Publishing, Nashville, (right or wrong) makes a point of this in his book on page 28 and 29. A month earlier, at the start of that same Jewish Civil year, in October of 1996, I was able to understand how Daniel's 69 Sevens ended on Palm Sunday, Nisan 9, in AD 32. Sir Robert Anderson, a hundred years before, discovered that 68 solar sevens equal 69 Biblical Sevens of prophetic years ... except for 21 days. But he did not show why the Prophecy begins and ends in the month Nisan, nor that Passover fell on Friday, Nisan 14, in all 69 cycles. Nehemiah 2:1.

What Daniel could not know for the final 70^th Seven concerns the remnant of 144,000 Jews chosen from the twelve tribes.  Not a lie will pass their tongues. Nor will they have known women in any immoral sense. A worthy group for the Son of Man’s Bridal Gift to the Father! God will keep them safe in the desert for 1260 of 1290 Endtime days. Daniel 12, verse 11. What a testimony this is to God’s purpose of redemption for Daniel's people, Israel. Paul specifies that all Israel, ethnically speaking, will be saved on the Day Messiah rescues 144,000 Jews from Mt. Zion and, within an hour or two later, gathers His Saints from earth to the Synagogue in the Sky.

At the appointed hour, known only to Father God, the vision of Daniel will be realized as the Son of Man comes with all the Saints and gives the "kingdom under the whole heaven to the people of the Saints ... to the twelve tribes of Israel."  Matt.19:28.   

They may witness to Christ from their safe vantage point ... with computers, or whatever. The Two Prophets may demand it, among other things, in order for the Beast to have rain for his crops. The 144,000 constitute the "Firstfruit (of living survivors) unto God and the Lamb." Rev.14:1-5. They are the first to be glorified en masse on the Lastday in order to "accompany the Lamb wherever He goes."

Look at chapter Seventy to consider the final solar days of the 70^th Seven to be "cut short" ... for the Biblical days will be completed this time. Look at other chapters for the climax of God's Mystery on the Day of the Lord. That, my dear readers, exhibits the unsearchable knowledge and wisdom of God!

For only 68 solar sevens (476 years) could produce an exact number of 24-hour days that ended on Palm Sunday! Sixty-nine solar sevens could not produce a full number of 24-hour days. Its total count would have been 15.75 days more than all 70 prophetic cycles! (Whereas 68x7x365.25 was 173,859 full days to force the end of the 69^th prophetic cycle on Palm Sunday; 69x7x365.25 would be 176,415.75 or 15¾ more days than needed for all 70 Sevens. 70x7x360=176,400. Neither 69 solar sevens nor 70 solar sevens are adaptable)!

But 69x7x360 provided the exact number of 24-hour days. This applies to the full number of days between Passover in BC 445 and AD 32. It also applies to a full number of days between Nisan 30 and its 69^th anniversary of the Decree to restore the walls of Jerusalem. My first edit of these words, Tammuz 17 (July 1, 1999), was the date on which Jews commemorate the breaching of the walls before the first Temple was destroyed in BC 586. 

Only the prophetic multiple of 360x7 produced an even number of days for 69 Sevens. Only the multiple of 68 solar sevens provided a full number of days to force fulfillment of the prophecy on Palm Sunday. The final 70^th Seven will see nearly 30 solar days cut short instead of the Biblical days being cut short for the 69^th Seven. After Two Prophets are killed, less than 30 days will be “cut short” for the Elect’s sake.

What is the significance of all this computation? The word of Jesus must be fulfilled. It explains why He wept on the Day of “visitation.” Luke 19:41-44. Israel failed to recognize their Day. It shows our Lord could only have been crucified on a Friday and still have ridden into Jerusalem on a Sunday, five days earlier, be “cut off after” that Day and do so prior to the start of the 70th Seven. Dan.9:26.

It also proves Jesus was born in the fall of BC 2 and died in the year of AD 32 at the age of 33½. This agrees with computerized evidence of His birth on September 11, BC 2 as presented in 600 Planetariums globally. It proves Preterists and most Amillinnarians are in error to claim that all 70 Sevens were fulfilled in the first century. It sets the stage for Daniel’s 70^th Seven to begin with Daniel’s Endtime Covenant and allows the great tribulation countdown to end with the 2520^th day of the 70^th Seven ... and with Christ's coming in the days immediately after the 2520^th day. This will fulfill Mark 13:24; Matthew 24:29 and “complete the mystery of God in the days whenever time is no longer.” In fact, it will do so “in the days whenever the 7^th Trumpet is about to sound.” Revelation 10:6,7.

Above all, we must now reckon on the Two Prophets being killed within 3½ days of Christ’s glorious return. The Church has not yet recognized that their mission is to demonstrate God’s Kingdom Power before the Mandate of Matthew 16:28 can be fulfilled that “some will not taste death, by any means, until AFTER they have seen the authority of Christ” demonstrated as per Revelation 12:10! The purging or the purifying and refining of Dan.12:10-11 goes with the Kingdom Power and suffering of Rev.12:10-11. See Chapters on “Apostle, Kingdom and Unity?”

The “last day” of John 6:38-40 goes with Mark 13:24,27 “in the days after the tribulation.” It goes with “immediately after the tribulation” in Matthew 24:29-31. It occurs on the same day as the 7^th Trumpet of Rev.11:15-18. It produces the Last Trump of I Cor.15:52. It justifies the word of the Lord and Paul that the second and third blasts of the great trumpet of I Thess.4:16 and Matt.24:31 will sound so that, “after the dead in Christ arise first," and the living are caught up with them to all four extremities of the heavens,  the angels (at the third trumpet blast) will then "gather the Elect from all those four extremities of the heavens."

Both Daniel and Revelation use solar and Biblical Time as calendars. Daniel encloses solar time within 68 sevens and allows for a Pre-Endtime and Endtime solar and Biblical period for the 70th seven. Revelation encloses the second half of the 70th Seven as Biblical Time of 1260 days. The 84 Biblical months use 2520 days of solar time (7x12x30). But 7x365.25 equals an uneven number of 2556.75 days. So we are shut up to the Biblical countdown for the use of complete days. After deducting 1260 for the first half of Week #70, about 1290 solar days remain. The incomplete 6.75 solar days left over will be "cut off."

After deducting 1260 days from the above rounded off “2557,” Daniel reduced the 1297 to 1290 days. This allows 43 months (1290%30=43). Most of the extra 30 solar days will be "cut short." We will see why the 3½ days allocated for the deaths of the Two Prophets will also be "cut short" after they finish their 1260-day task. Rev.11:3,7,11. It explains why no one knows the exact day of our Lord's return after the Great Tribulation ends and Trump Seven is "about to sound"! Rev:10:7.
